Whereby the plurality of indoor units 3 can be identified by the combination of two kinds of identification numbers, the number of identifiable indoor unit can be increased without increasing the number of bits of an address, and the common indoor unit 3 can be used regardless of the capacity of the outdoor unit 1. A control part 11 for the outdoor machine 10 is connected to the control part 7 for the indoor machine 6 through a signal line 9. An outdoor machine 10 is formed such that an input output mechanism 12 is connected to the control part 11. Though communication of an arbitrary signal through a stationary hardware is heretofore practicable only through an individual apparatus unit, group processing is practicable, whereby the free degree of organization of a system is increased and system countermeasure is apt to make.

    • PURPOSE:To improve comfortable characteristic by a method wherein a demand control device is connected to an outdoor device, an operating capability of an air conditioner is controlled by an outdoor control device and then a demand control is performed. CONSTITUTION:As a consumed electrical power of an air conditioner 1 exceeds a specified value set in such a manner that the value does not exceed a contract electrical power with an electrical power company, a demand control signal is transmitted from a demand control device 5. A signal receiving device 6 detects this signal and transmits a command of starting a demand control operation to an outdoor control device 7. The outdoor control device 7 stores an operating frequency of a compressor 8, then decreases the operating frequency and also decreases an operating capability. With such an arrangement, the air conditioner 1 merely decreases its operating capability even during a demand controlling operation and enables either its cooling or heating operation, resulting in that a variation in room temperature during a demand controlling operation is also reduced and the comfortable feeling characteristic can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To omit a labor hour of resetting in the case of operating an air conditioner after recovery by storing an operating state of the conditioner at the time of power interruption, automatically sending stored data at the time of recovering the interruption, and deciding a control after the interruption of the conditioner is recovered. CONSTITUTION:At the time of power interruption, a building monitor controller 1, a repeater 2, a centralized controller 7, and an air conditioner 8 are turned OFF, but stored data is held by a memory mechanism 5 in the repeater 2. At the time of recovering the interruption, the data held in the mechanism 5 is transmitted to the controller 7 through a transmission line 10 by a transmitting mechanism 6, further transmitted to the conditioner 8 through a transmission line 11 thereby to recover the conditioner 8 to a state before the interruption. Thus, the restart of the conditioner 8 can be automatically conducted after the recovery in the case of the interruption, and a labor hour of resetting the operation of the conditioner 8 after the recover can be omitted.

      SOLUTION: This fin tube type heat exchanger is provided with: a heat transfer tube penetrating a plurality of plate-like fins arranged in parallel with one another at set intervals; and a plurality of flat slit surfaces 1 formed by cutting and raising the fins. In the slits surfaces 1, the heights of the slit surfaces 1 are arranged in a step-like form from the upstream side to the down stream side; and ends of the fins on the upstream side are provided with a straightening surface 9 formed by being bent to guide air entering into a passage formed between the slit surfaces 1 of the fins adjacent to each other.
