摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten machining time by high-speed machining when an object to be machined is ground by using a forming cutter. SOLUTION: A screw material 7 as object to be ground is ground by a grinding wheel body 1 as forming cutter. The grinding wheel body is mounted on a grinding device not shown in the Fig. in a mounting hole 6 and rotates at a high speed. Passages 5, 6a for grinding fluid are formed inside the grinding wheel body and an inlet of the grinding fluid is communicated with a groove 3 formed on a side face of the grinding wheel body. The other ends of the passages are communicated with outlets 4a, 8b formed on an outer circumference of the grinding wheel body facing a machining point 7a. Clearances 4, 8 are formed on the circumferences of the outlets in order to lengthen a life of the grinding wheel.

The joined pipe members 1, 2 have no oxide scale therein and rather, a reducing effect is admitted. The members are thus subjected to the defectless joining.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a hydraulic motor highly responsive to the variation in revolutions thereof in raising the torque thereof by providing a throttle valve with a check valve for throttling on return duct side between a flexible pipe and a hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION:A flexible piping 9 is provided between a change-over valve 4 and a hydraulic motor 8 to supply pressure oil from a hydraulic pump 2 to a hydraulic motor 8 while change-over is made by said change-over valve 4. Further, a throttle valve 10 with a check valve for throttling on return duct side is provided between said flexible piping 9 and a hydraulic pump 2, and a reducing valve 12 between said change-over valve 4 and a tank 3. The response time to the increase of the load of said hydraulic motor 8 is reduced. This is utilized to raise the torque of said hydraulic motor 8 so that the seizure between a hob and works is prevented.

SOLUTION: A precise stopping position of a measurement unit 6 is electrically stored in the form of a reading value S1 of a high precision scale 7. A change quantity of a bottom diameter 2 is measured by means of a differential transformer 4 via a measurement element 3, and its minimum value Ti is electrically stored. When a measurement value of the differential transformer 4 becomes a total of the minimum value Ti and a constant quantity, a signal is outputted to a motor 9 and the measurement unit 6 is released. The release of the measurement unit 6 is to prevent interference between the measurement element 3 and an object 1 to be measured, which may destroy a measurement device. The same operation is repeated N times which is the number of teeth. As a result, a bottom diameter D can be found according to an expression: D=D0-ΣSi/N+ΣTi/N, if a reference diameter is represented by D0 when reference values S, T for the measurement device are zero.
