摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent generation of dust from a guide way when a wafer holder is moved by driving the wafer holder through a linear motor mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnets 3 are fixed at lower end sections and left/ right end sections of a wafer holder 2. Diamagnetic bodies 5 are arranged at the positions of a guide way 4 corresponding to the permanent magnets 3, and a pipe 6 for cooling the diamagnetic body 5 to a temperature for exhibiting diamagnetism is arranged in the guide way 4. A magnet 7 is arranged in the center of the guide way, and a transmitter 7a comprising a wafer holder position sensing means and a wafer moving direction indicating means is provided. A photo-electric generating means 8 such as a solar cell, a switching means 9, conductive wires 10 and a supporting rod 11 are arranged at the lower section of the wafer holder 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve heat-collecting efficiency in the heat-collector provided with a heat-collecting tube and a heat-receiving plate in a glass tube by a method wherein the heat-receiving plate used also as a reflective plate are provided in the glass tube, the heat-receiving plate and the heat-collecting tube are bound thermally and reflective rays from the heat-receiving plate are used for collecting heat. CONSTITUTION:The heat-collecting tube 7 is provided through flanges 5, 6 air- tightly fixed on both ends of a transparent glass tube 4 and on this heat-collecting tube 7 is equipped the heat-receiving plate 8 which serves also as a reflective plate. This heat-receiving plate 8 consists of a portion 8a curved along the inner wall surface of the glass tube 4 and a portion 8b which connects this curved portion 8a with the heat-collecting tube 7 and a vacuum is produced in the glass tube 4. Thus, since the solar heat received immediately from the heat-receiving plate 8 is trasmitted to the fluid running in the heat-collecting tube 7 by conduction of heat of the heat-receiving plate 8 and at the same time the solar light reflected by the heat- receiving plate 8 is transmitted to the fluid through the connecting portion 8b and the heat-collecting tube 7, heat-collecting efficiency can be improved remarkably.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent reduction in life due to friction, etc., by providing both a magnet that supports a rotor and the superconducting material of magnetic repulsion provided in the rotational center of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 2 is fitted in the lower part of a bulb 1 and sealed in vacuum. An impeller 4 is connected to a high temperature superconducting material 3, and a blade 5 is fitted to the tip of the impeller 4, with the front and the back of the blade being colored white and black, respectively. When the whole is cooled until the high temperature superconducting material 3 is allowed to be superconductive, the superconducting material will be subjected to magnetic repulsion against the magnet 2 due to the diamagnetic effect of the high temperature superconducting material 3. When light is applied to the black part of the blade 5, light pressure will produce rotational torque from the black side to the white side, the impeller 4 being allowed to rotate in no contact levitational condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable blades to be held without deforming the blades by working a groove from the inside of a flange, providing a hole from the outside in the corresponding portion of the groove and inserting the blade into the groove to melt the hole portion and couple the flange and the blade with each other. CONSTITUTION:Blades 2 are fitted in flanges 7 having grooves 6 through spacers 3 respectively. The flange 7 is provided in the outside surface with a plurality of holes 8 allowing for fusibility to melt and fix the blade 2 so that the blade 2 and flange 7 are welded and fixed to each other. The groove 6 in the flange 7 is worked by a milling machine with NC for example and the depth of the groove 6 is set to an optimum one according to the thickness and lift of the blade 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control the wire winding tension with high precision by feeding the wire from the drum to a bobbin by the use of a guide roller and a 2-wheel sheave, ad by brake controlling the wire tension under coiling. CONSTITUTION:A wire 2 from a wire drum 16 is threaded in the line consisting of a takeout roller 18, guide roller 19, two-wheel sheave 20, tension sensing roller 24 and payoff roller 22, and fastened to a bobbin fixed on a rotary table. With rotation of this rotary table the wire 2 to be taken up is given a tension, which is produced by an electrical brake 21 installed at the guide roller 19 and a braking force owing to the friction of wire 2 with the two-wheel sheave 20. The position of the above-mentioned tension sensing roller 24 is so adjusted that the stretched angle of the wire 2 becomes identical, and the wire tension is measured by a load gauge 25 followed by necessary conversion. Thereby the wire 2 is wound up with a specific tension resulting in accomplishment of coiling of high quality.
