    • PURPOSE: To sufficiently lubricate a surface of a swash plate at start of a compressor by providing a sub-oil sump at the lower part of a swash plate for dipping the lower part of the swash plate in an oil deposited therein at stop of the compressor and feeding back an oil deposited in auxiliary oil chambers during operation of the compressor into the sub-oil sump while the compressor rests.
      CONSTITUTION: A sub-oil sump chamber 21 is provided at the lower part of a swash plate 13, that is, between mutually adjacent two bores of left and right cylinder blocks 2, 3, constituted in such a manner that the lower part of the swash plate 13 with an oil deposited therein is dipped while a compressor rests. A part of the oil floating in the state of mist in the sub-oil sump chamber 21 passes through communication holes 29, 30 into auxiliary oil chambers 25, 26 disposed around the sub-oil sump chamber 21 and is gradually concentrated and deposited therein. When the compressor stops, no oil enters the auxiliary oil chambers 25, 26 through the communication holes 29, 30 from the sub-oil sump 21 and the oil in the auxiliary oil chambers 25, 26 goes slow into the sub-oil sump 21 through small openings 27, 28. As sufficient oil in the sub-oil sump chamber 21 is ensured at start of the compressor, the surface of the swash plate may be well lubricated.

    • 目的:在压缩机起动时,通过在斜盘的下部设置副油底壳,在旋转斜盘的下部充分润滑旋转斜盘的表面,将斜盘的下部浸入其中沉积在其中的油中,压缩机停止 并且当压缩机静止时,将在压缩机运行期间沉积在辅助油室中的油反馈到副油槽中。 构成:在油压板13的下部,即相互相邻的左右气缸体2,3的两个孔之间设置副油底壳21,其构成为: 在其中沉积有油的斜盘13在压缩机停放时被浸渍。 在副油底壳21中以雾状漂浮的油的一部分通过连通孔29,30进入设置在副油底壳21周围的辅助油室25,26中,并逐渐浓缩并沉积在其中。 当压缩机停止时,没有油通过来自副油底壳21的连通孔29,30进入辅助油室25,26,并且辅助油室25,26中的油慢慢进入副油底壳21通过 小开口27,28。由于在压缩机起动时确保副油底壳21中足够的油,所以斜盘的表面可以被良好地润滑。

    • PURPOSE:To obtain compact power plant, by interposing an intermediate heating medium between waste heat fluid and low boiling point medium, and causing lubrication simultaneously with this intermediate heating medium used. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate heating medium, heated by a waste heat fluid 1 in an intermediate heating medium heater 2, is allowed to exchange heat with a low boiling point medium by a direct contacting heat exchanger 7. Condensed liquid of the low boiling point medium is injected by an injection nozzle 19 into the direct contacting heat exchanger 7, with an ascending current caused by an air foam produced when evaporated, and a circulation of the intermediate heating medium is generated. And for the lubrication of a low boiling point medium turbine 10, a reduction gear 22 and a generator 11, the intermediate heating medium in the direct contacting heat exchanger 7 is partially taken out, and led to an intermediate heating medium cooler 15 through a bearing valve 16, and distributed after cooling the liquid condensated of low boiling point medium, to every part, and returned to the direct contacting heat exchange 7 after lubrication.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize heat loss incurred at a transition piece, by a method wherein, in a catalyst combustion system combustion device, flaming lean gas phase combustion is conducted by a burner to reduce production of NOX, and oxidization is made in the transition piece by means of a catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A combustor B is constituted such that it consists of a sub- combustion chamber 1 and a main combustion chamber 2, the size of the sub- combustion chamber 1 is decreased over that of the main combustion chamber 2, an axial revolving device 3 and a radial revolving device 5 are mounted, and lean gas phase combustion can be effected in the sub-combuston chamber 1. This causes shortening of a flame which is formed only in the sub-combustion chamber 1. As fuel is gradually increased, a flame is gradually extended to the main combustion chamber 2. Gas, flowing out of the combustor B, is slightly decreased in temperature by means of the air fed through diluting holes 7A and 7B to oxidize CO, HC by means of an oxidizing catalyst 10 in a transition piece TR, and produces high temperature gas which is fed to a turbine T. This permits minimization of heat loss incurred at the transition piece.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively perform the cooling of a liner and improve the strength of the liner against the combustion vibration and the like by providing ridges inclined with respect to the axial direction on the peripheral surface of the liner of the gas turbine driven at high temperatures and under high pressures. CONSTITUTION:For example, V-shaped groovelike ridges 6 and 7 are projected and formed at the combustion gas flowing side along stright line or a curve inclined with respect to the axial direction, at the outside liner 2 and inner side liner 3 in an annular gas turbine combustion apparatus. In the outside liner 2, the ridge 6 is formed from the intermediate part, and an air hole 9 for cooling and air introduction is applied to the ridge 6. In the inside liner 3, the ridge 7 is provided in a circulating region immediately after an air turning device 5 provided around the periphery of a fuel nozzle 4. These ridges 6 and 7 have projection heights higher as they come downstream in which the air turning flow due to the turning device 5 vanishes, so that a turning flow is produced, and thus effective cooling becomes possible.
