    • PURPOSE:To secure the safety for a heat deformation caused by a heat load on a stack-base by a method wherein a box-shaped base is installed at the bottom part of a stack, an air communicating hole is provided on a base part. CONSTITUTION:A base part for supporting a stack is jointed with a stack, and the base part is composed of an upper half base part 1 directly affected by the load and temperature of the stack and a lower base part 2 jointed with the base part. A pin holder 8 is provided from downward at the center of the upper half base 1, used for a central fixing point and served as a base point for a thermal expansion toward periphery direction. An outer periphery box-shaped base 3 is provided with a slide bearing 9 other than a connecting bolt for connecting the upper and lower bases. The slide bearing is served for transferring the load by the surface contact at the generation of thermal expansion, further, the contact area is not varied after movement of the load. Thereby, even in case that the load is applied on the stack, simultaneously, the thermal load is applied on the stack due to the high temperature and the thermal deformation is produced on the stack, the safety can be secured, the stack-base having the safety and high reliability can be formed.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively perform the cooling of a liner and improve the strength of the liner against the combustion vibration and the like by providing ridges inclined with respect to the axial direction on the peripheral surface of the liner of the gas turbine driven at high temperatures and under high pressures. CONSTITUTION:For example, V-shaped groovelike ridges 6 and 7 are projected and formed at the combustion gas flowing side along stright line or a curve inclined with respect to the axial direction, at the outside liner 2 and inner side liner 3 in an annular gas turbine combustion apparatus. In the outside liner 2, the ridge 6 is formed from the intermediate part, and an air hole 9 for cooling and air introduction is applied to the ridge 6. In the inside liner 3, the ridge 7 is provided in a circulating region immediately after an air turning device 5 provided around the periphery of a fuel nozzle 4. These ridges 6 and 7 have projection heights higher as they come downstream in which the air turning flow due to the turning device 5 vanishes, so that a turning flow is produced, and thus effective cooling becomes possible.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature of a high temperature gas with water and air consumed without increasing the space required for the equipment by providing a nozzle in a cylindrical member which leads a high temperature gas and supporting the nozzle with a piping for air supply and piping for water supply and jetting out the atomization of water and air mixture into the high temperature gas flow. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of atomization nozzles 1 are orderly arranged on a plane that intersects with a piping 4 vertically because it is required that a plurality of atomization nozzles besides central atomization nozzles are dispersed and arranged due to the evaporation in a short distance in a high temperature piping 4 due to the high temperature gas flow from the upstream. An atomization nozzle 1 which produces minute particles and which is of a small size and high reliability is used to give uniform atomization. Compressed air and water which were stored at uniform pressure and temperature are supplied to the atomization nozzle 1 from an air piping 2 and water piping 3 and the air and water are mixed in flow in the nozzle main body and the mixture flow is atomized in a predetermined angle from a tip orifice. By installing an atomization nozzle which produces minute particles evaporation is carried out in a short time and short distance and a high temperature gas has its temperature reduced in a high temperature gas duct or high temperature gas piping easily.

    • A solid-state imager includes vertical CCD shift registers for transferring photogenerated signal charge packets produced by a group of photodiodes belonging to a first series, vertical CCD shift registers for transferring photogenerated signal charge packets produced by photodiodes belonging to a second series, a horizontal CCD shift register for receiving signal charge packets shifted through both the vertical shift registers and transferring them to an output circuit and a coupling circuit provided between the horizontal CCD shift register and both the vertical CCD shift registers, all the components being formed on a single semiconductor substrate. Through the coupling circuit, one of two series of photogenerated signal packets transferred from both the vertical CCD shift registers located adjacent to each other are transferred to the horizontal CCD shift register beneath a set of storage electrodes thereof, which is followed by the transfer of the other series of signal charge packets to the horizontal shift register beneath other set of storage electrode. The horizontal CCD shift register transfers sequentially and alternately two series of the photogenerated signal charge packets to an output circuit. Two series of the signal charge packets can thus be transferred through the single horizontal CCD shift register.
