    • PURPOSE:To provide a method for recognizing a road condition with high accuracy corresponding to a change of a vehicle state due to a change of acceleration or deceleration and the road condition. CONSTITUTION:A memory 12 stores a vehicle state of a predetermined road condition corresponding to various kinds of information of a vehicle such as vehicle speed, and an engine speed, a gear position which are detected in a detection process 11. The information is read out and the state of the vehicle under the predetermined road condition is calculated in a calculation process 13. A road condition is estimated in a road condition estimation process 14 by using the vehicle state on the calculated road condition and the detected vehicle state. Control is performed in a control process 15 based on the information detected in the detection process including the estimated result. A learning judgment unit 16 judges on the basis of some or all of the results in detection process and road condition estimation process, and some information relative to the vehicle after the control processing whether or not learning is carried out. If the learning is carried out, a vehicle state learning means 17 carries out the learning about the vehicle state under the predetermined road condition which is stored in the state memory.

And a necessary friction force is inferred by an operation condition detecting sensor, and a control valve 41 is opened and closed to increase and decrease the flow rate. Furthermore, by the operation ambiance data, the blowout direction of an exhaust gas blowout port 51 is controlled with a blowout direction control device 61.
