    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage on a bearing sliding surface even if rain water flows into a bearing oil tank of a pump by providing a segment shaped guide bearing and an oil tank for accumulating lubricating liquid of a bearing, and using a rein material in the bearing sliding surface. SOLUTION: A segment type bearing device 3 consists of a sleeve 2 fixed to a pump spindle 1, a bearing case 4 arranged on an outer peripheral position of the sleeve 2, a guide bearing 5 using a rein material in a plurality of segment sliding surfaces arranged between the bearing case 4 and the sleeve 2 in a circumferential direction, and an oil tank 10 for accumulating lubricating liquid 7 of the guide bearing 5. In a rain water drainage pump provided with the segment type bearing device 3, stable bearing performance can be maintained without damaging the bearing sliding surface, and a drainage operation is continuously carried out at the time of overhead flooding, since a resin material 6 having a good water lubricating ability is used in the bearing sliding part, even if a drinage pumping station is flooded with water and rain water is invaded in the segment type bearing device 3.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a required installation space and to smooth water flow by forming a partition wall, which is situated between two passages in a casing and separates them from each other, of steel material. CONSTITUTION:A double volute casing is provided with two passages, in which water flows setting a shaft center of a pump as the center, and these two passages are separated from each other by a partition wall 1 spirally extending from one point on the outside of an impeller. A passage outlet part of the casing consists of an upper partition wall supporting plate 2 and a lower partition wall supporting plate 3, each of which individually extends from the upper end or the lower end of the partition wall 1 to both of right and left sides, and an outside passage wall 4 and an inside passage wall 5, both of which are formed into U-shapes, while setting the steel thick partition wall 1 as the center. The outside passage wall 4 and the inside passage wall 5 consist of steel plates which is considerably thinner than the partition wall 1. Therefore, the thickness of the partition wall 1 can be reduced in comparison with a concrete wall, and the size of the casing can be reduced by this thinned portion. On the other hand, a change in flow velocity of water in the tip part of the partition wall 1 splitting the water flow is reduced, so that a loss in a pump head can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To make air admission and liquid spill checkable with a pressure differential alone be structuring a seal ring to be shiftable in the axial direction by dint of this pressure differential. CONSTITUTION:At the time of negative pressure, air gets into a B chamber from A (atmospheric side) by way of (a)-(b). Then, if a taper, serving as a small diameter toward the B chamber, is formed at the inner wall side of a gland 2, a seal ring 1 is moved by dint of a pressure differential between both these A and B chambers, thus a proper seal can be done at an X part. When the seal ring 1 is formed into a two-piece structure in order to facilitate its replacement, air enters even from a Y split surface by way of (c)-(d). Accordingly, if the split surface is decentered (plane view) while it is slanted to some extent (side view), there is a difference in attraction of the seal ring 1 to the vacuum side, preventing the air from entering. Even if a clearance between the seal ring 1 and a shaft 4 is reduced, the air enters into the B chamber from A by way of (e)-(f). Then, a seal ring part form of the shaft 4 is formed into a taper form, thereby sealing it at a Z part.
