摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an overheat preventing device for a motor which is simple and safe and reusable by elastically connecting a shape memory alloy stored to release the connection state and be separated at the preset temperature to part of an electric circuit and detecting the temperature of the outer hull surface of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A shape memory alloy 2 is stored in a case and fitted to the outer hull surface of a motor to detect the temperature. A shape 2' to release the connection state and separate at the abnormal temperature is stored in advance in the shape memory alloy 2, it is connected in the linear state 2a utilizing its elasticity at the ordinary usage temperature, and the connection is released to cut off an electric circuit when the temperature of the motor becomes abnormal. Safety is thereby secured, there is no danger that the connection is resumed after the fixed time and the current flows again, the shape memory alloy can be reconnected and reused after the abnormal portion of the motor is repaired.

Accordingly when the coolant piping during the installation is connected at the back face of the unit, or when service work is provided, the bottom plate is removed to improve the workability. The bottom plate 4 is formed like a pan and the angular section in the front frame 9 is tilted so that it can work as a dew pan to receive water droplets which fall from the abutting section between the rib 5 and the decoration cover 2 when the humidity is high.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently conduct space cooling/heating operation without increasing blast resistance even if an air cleaning function is provided in the air conditioner by making a part of a front panel openable or closable, and providing a filter made of nets consisting of a charged non-woven cloth and activated carbon on the rear side of an openable or closable part. CONSTITUTION:A filter 5 is provided on the rear side of a front panel 4. In the filter 5, a range A is an ordinary use filter part consisting of synthetic resin nets and a range B is an air cleaning filter part consisting of a charged non-woven cloth and activated carbon nets. The suction port panel 4c of the front panel 4 allows a slide panel 4b to slide upward and open, and air to flow in as shown by arrow D. The suction port panel 4c further attracts minute dusts passing the ordinary filter A by the static electricity of the charged non-woven cloth to conduct air cleaning. Further, activated carbon cloth to conduct air cleaning. Further, activated carbon nets are allowed to absorb odors and have an effect of preventing discomfortable odor from being emitted from the discharge port of the air conditioner. Accordingly, although the air cleaning filter B is provided, since the air flow rate required for the air conditioner is secured through the ordinary filter B which does not increase the blast resistance, air cleaning can be conducted without reducing the space cooling/heating function and increasing power consumed.

When a sticking hole 6 is utilized to stick an adhesive tape 16 on a wall face, the installing plate 1 can be held horizontal. Further, when a horizontal axis part 17 of the level 2 is aligned with a reference part 13, wall holes 8 can be selected on an arbitrary position on the line because the edge part 9' of the hooking part 9 is formed so that it is the center 8' of the wall hole. Thereby, installation is improved.

CONSTITUTION:A suction port 4c of a front panel 4 is kept closed and an amount of air required for an air conditioner is assured so as to cause air to be passed through suction ports 4a, 4b and a normal filter part A of a filter 5 as indicated by an arrow C. In the case of performing a heating operation, an air directing plate 6 is directed downwardly. In case a heat exchanger 1 is not sufficiently warmed at the beginning of heating operation, the suction port 4c is kept closed and an axial flow fan 2 is rotated at a low speed so as to cause air of flow temperature not to discharge a low temperature air and further not to feel cold. In turn, in case of performing a cooling operation, a vertical air directing plate 6 is directed downwardly a little from its horizontal orientation and a grilled plate 4d is directed upwardly only at its upper part, whereby warm air at upstream side of the interior space is efficiently cooled and then a dwelling space in a room is cooled.

When the mounting tool on the indoor side is secured, the part, protruded from the wall surface on the indoor side, of the securing tool 15 of the mounting tool 14 on the outdoor side is contained in a long-sideways throttled relief part 13a to secure it thereto by means of the screw 16. The indoor machine 11 and the outdoor machine, having hooking parts respectively mating the mounting tools 13 and 14, are engaged with the mounting tools 13 and 14, thus the installation is completed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To minimize deviation between cuffs and a hose and to improve the appearance of the drain hose after installation thereof by providing several grooves in the flanges of the cuffs at the tip end of the drain hose. CONSTITUTION:Several grooves 3 are formed in the flanges 2 of cuffs 1. While a bonding agent 6 applied to a bonding boss 4 and the tip end surface 5 thereof is sealed in a cuff inner part 8 through the grooves 3 and by the insertion of a hose 7, a solvent evaporates through the spaces of the grooves 3. Therefore, even if a gap between the cuffs 1 and the hose 7, swelling due to the solvent can be prevented. Further, since the swelling by the evaporation of the solvent can be prevented by the grooves 3, the thickness of the cuffs 1 can be thinned and its outer diameter can be reduced. Further, since the hose 17 having a flexibility can be inserted somewhat compressively the deviation between the cuffs 1 and the hose can be reduced and, coupled with the diminishing of the diameter of the hose, the appearance of the drain hose can be improved.
