By increasing the spring effect, a blade of the fan is separated from the fan boss part to which a damping member 3 is fixed. A vibration system with three masses and two torsion springs consists of a rotor and a rotational shaft of a motor, vibration mode changes, and vibration in the direction of rotation of the motor can be absorbed with the damping member 3. The vibration of the blade of the fan so sounding body can be reduced, the vibration of the rotor of the motor also decreases, and electromagnetic exciting force can be reduced.
