    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure electrical connection of a conductor wire and to improve mechanical tensile strength of the conductor wire in a connecting terminal. SOLUTION: A conductor wire connecting method has a fusion process of electrically connecting conducting wires in a crimping connector after discharging melted enamel coatings from crimping connectors, and further has a temporary crimping process which provides the crimping connector with temporary crimping by mechanical pressurizing means after a plurality of enamel-coated conductor wires are inserted into the crimping connector prior to the start of the fusion process. In the temporary crimping, the temporary crimping is applied to the pressure connector so as to reduce the cross-section of both ends or one end while restraining expansion of both ends or one end of the cross-section orthogonal to the axis direction of the crimping connector by external force.     • PURPOSE:To adjust the height with high accuracy by pressurizing and deforming a surface of a head base of a video head to be attached to a cylinder, and attaching the surface while adjusting the height of a magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:A head base loaded on a head base handling mechanism (not shown) is moved to butt until it touches a side face of a reference block 9, and pushed up as a pushing pin 11 is raised, thereby, the head base is completely positioned. After the head base is brought to butt against the reference block 9 in the above manner, a magnetic head 3 is positioned in the X, Y, Z directions by a positioning mechanism (not shown). A height adjusting plate 13 and a weight applying pin 14 hold the magnetic head 3 therebetween in the up-and- down direction. After the magnetic head 3 is measured through image processing by a detecting optical system 16, the height adjusting plate 13 is driven to set the height of the magnetic head according to the measured value. Positioning of the magnetic head is thus completed. At this time, before the magnetic head 3 is bonded with an adhesive 4, the head base is pressed to the reference block 9 via the pushing pin 11 with a load to deform the head base and, the magnetic head is bonded with the adhesive 4. The video head is taken out thereafter.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of sticking a magnetic head and the strength of adhesion by oscillating the state of bringing one point of the magnetic head into contact with the reference work for sticking of a head base at all times, thereby sticking and adjusting the magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic head 15 is mounted onto a jig 45 from a pallet 19 for the reference work stuck with the magnetic head with prescribed accuracy on a head base 13 and is positioned horizontally and perpendicularly with the reference work 20. After the gap height of the magnetic head 16 is measured, the magnetic head is returned onto the pallet 19 and thereafter, the head base 13 is mounted on the jig from the pallet 14 for the head base and is positioned and fixed horizontally and perpendicularly in the same manner as for the reference work 20. The magnetic head 15 is then mounted on the base 13 and the respective longitudinal and transverse flanks of the head 15 are clamped by means of jigs and are positioned within the horizontal plane. The front and rear surfaces of the head 15 are positioned and the gap height of the head 15 is measured to detect the difference in the height from the reference work 20. The magnetic head 15 is stuck and adjusted to the position where the detected difference is kept within a prescribed permissible range while oscillating in the state of bringing one point of the magnetic head into contact with the reference plane for sticking of the head base 13 at all times.
