    • PURPOSE:To discriminate composite contamination in the human body and on the surface of the body with good accuracy, by collating the ratio of the photoelectric effect component and that of the Compton scattered component of gamma-rays obtained by measuring a person to be measured from two different directions. CONSTITUTION:A radioactivity detector 3 is moved with the movement of a moving stand 37 by the indication of CPU 16 to measure the radioactivity of a person 1 to be measured in the stature direction thereof. The output signal thereof is inputted to CPU 16 through an amplifier 12 and stored in an external memory apparatus 17 while the radioactivity level distribution in the stature direction is displayed by display 13. The measured value thereof is compared with a predetermined level and, when the person 1 is contaminated with a radioactive substance, the detector 3 is allowed to move to the contaminated position detected by a position detector 6 and allowed to further move to the contaminated position on the circumference of a circle having the body axis as a rotary axis by a position detector 104 to perform the measurement of radioactivity in two directions crossing at right angles. The output thereof is sent to CPU 16 through the amplifier 12 and a crest analyser 13 and the ratio of a photoelectric effect component is collated with that of a Compton scattered component to discriminate the composite contamination in the body and on the surface of the human body with good accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the isotope analysis of beta-ray emitting nuclides to execute this analysis in a short time by providing a radiation measuring system which can measure samples to be measured individually or simultaneously and analyzing automatically plural radioactive nuclide concentrations from signal components of the measuring system. CONSTITUTION:A sample 1 to be measured from which Sr is separated chemically is measured by two beta-ray detectors 5 and 6 consisting of plastic scintillators 2, photoelectron multipliers 3, and preamplifiers 4. An absorber 12 which attenuates beta rays in a certain proportion is set to the plastic scintillator 2 of the detector 6. No absorber is set to the plastic scintillator of the detector 5. A bias voltage is supplied to both detectors 5 and 6 from a high voltage power source, and signals of radiation detectors pass through linear amplifiers 8 and are counted by timers 9 and counters 10 and 11. In this constitution, a dose of beta rays without attenuation due to the absorber 12 is counted by the counter 10, and a dose of beta rays which are attenuated in the absorber by a certain quantity is counted by the counter 11.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the dilution process control by controlling samples of varied cut capacities and dilution tanks of varied capacities arranged in plurality with several regulating valves for feeding a set pressure to enable the dilution processing of a sample gas in a wide range multiplication rate. CONSTITUTION:A high level radio active sample with a constant pressure is fed from a piping 1 through a pressure regulating valve 10 and purged to a given place from a piping 4 via valves 11, 2 and 3. The cut capacity of the sample is arranged to be small V1 between the valves 2 and 3 and large V2 between the valves 11 and 3. In the dilution at a higher multiplication factor, the sample of the small capacity V1 is injected being compressed into a dilution tank 6 through a pressure regulating valve 12 for feeding a constant high pressure dilution gas and a piping 13. In the dilution at a low multiplication factor, the cut sample of the large capacity V2 is injected being compressed into the dilution tank 6 via a pressure regulating valve 12 and then by way of a pressure regulating valve 14 for feeding a constant low pressure and a piping 15.

    • PURPOSE:To identify an input channel of plural input signals by transmitting one input signal while being branched at two systems of inherent addition delay system and addition non-delay system, applying the same processing to a signal of the non-delay system at a transmission destination as the delay processing of the addition delay system executed at a transmitter and synchronizing the signal with a signal of the addition delay system. CONSTITUTION:Input signals D1-Dn of each channel are divided into systems of an addition delay unit 10 and an adder 11 and transmitted on two systems of transmission lines 14, 15. The transmission signals of the two systems are connected to a delay synchronism unit 12 at the transmission destination and the same delay processing as the addition delay unit 10 is applid to an output signal of an adder 11 of the transmission sender (d1=d1', d2=d2', dn=dn'). A signal is extracted from each delay circuit of the delay synchronism unit 12 and synchronized (AND circuit 13) with the transmission signal through the addtion delay unit 10 at the transmitter. The input signals D1-Dn of each channel are assigned to output signals C1-Cn corresponding to each channel by the synchronism processing.
