    • PURPOSE:To secure the desired pressure constantly and improve sealing performance and compression performance by opening one end of a seal or its mounting groove to a part where a contact part is fitted/removed to/from at the compression end time in the side face contact part of a lap isolating a discharge space from a compression chamber. CONSTITUTION:A scroll fluid machine is constituted of a pump part forming a compression chamber by engaging plural scroll members with each other, and a driving part for turning one scroll member without autorotation. A tip seal 7 with a sliding face 7a, and its mounting groove 3e are disposed at least at one scroll lap 3b. The scroll starting part of the tip seal 7 is opened to the side face of the lap 3b in such a way as to include a discharge space boundary part 3x which is a contact part fitted/removed at the time of a compression chamber being communicated with a discharge space upon terminating the compression stroke. The gap of the lap 3b, one of leakage passages, is thereby shut off by the seal 7 so as to secure a desired pressure ratio at all times.

    • PURPOSE:To cut off an electric current route speedily and permanently at a prescribed operational temperature and maintain high reliability in the case of normal use by arranging a thermally reactive curved disk shape member between a bimetal having movable contact points and a shaft head part. CONSTITUTION:A curved bimetal 5 protruding in the upper direction under its original condition is installed on a shaft 6 and a curved bimetal 19 protruding in-the lower direction is also installed on the shaft 6 between this bimetal 5 and the head part 6a of the shaft 6. When a temperature in a case 1 reaches a reversal operation temperature of the bimetal 19, at that moment, the bimetal 19 is put in a reversal movement in the reverse direction against the curving direction so far. Thereby, energizing force generated by the bimetal 19 against the bimetal 5 becomes smaller than energizing force generated by a spring 13 so that the bimetal 5 is hoisted. Thereby, movable contact points 3 and 4 are put under a separated condition from fixed contact points 7 and 8 so that an electric current route is put under a cut off condition.
