摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give sterilizing, antibacterial, deodorizing, and mildew functions to a stopping dish washer dryer after washing and drying of dishes are completed, by making at least one of constituting parts carry a photocatalyst with strong sterilizing action and irradiating ultraviolet rays to the photocatalyst. SOLUTION: A photocatalyst is carried by parts to constitute this dish washer dryer. A storage cage 2 is showed as an example of a constituting part carrying the photocatalyst. The cage 2 is framed with a rod member made by coating a resin material on the surface of a metal material and titanium oxide 11 is carried by the coating resin material, especially by the surface. As the method to carry titanium oxide 11 on the surface of resin, microparticles of another material with a number of ultramicropores into which small bacteria, etc., can enter are provided and titanium oxide 11 is made be carried therein, and then the microparticles of another material is preferably kneaded in the resin.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a vibration to reduce operation noise and to improve a commercial value by arranging legs where a pressure receiving area is made to be large in almost four corners and fixing them by means of matching screws respectively. SOLUTION: The four washing tank legs 7 and base legs 8 arranged in the almost four corners are matched and fixed by the screws 9 for fixing the washing tank 1 and the base 5. That is, the legs 7 and 8 are respectively double rings 31, 32 and 33, 34 and they are connected by a plural number of ribs 13 and 14 so as to attain integration. Acrew fastening holes 15 are formed in the inner screws 9 of the washing tank kegs 7 and screw fitting recessed parts 16 are formed in the center of the inner bosses 35 of the base legs 8 so that the both legs are fastened and fixed by the screws 9. Deviation preventing projections 17 and 18 are formed in the outer periphery of the inner and outer rings 31 of the base legs 8. Thus, the legs 7 and 8 are the double rings and also integration is attained by the fastening of the rings so that the pressure receiving area becomes large, loading is distributed and the number of screwings is reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early detect the occurrence of trouble in the case of the appearance of a smoke from a bulking agent by concealing a heater with a heater cover except for the bulking agent, regarding an appliance with a heater mounted outside a dish storage tank via a bulking for increasing the heat conduction and adhesion of the heater. SOLUTION: This dishwasher has a heater cover 13 laid behind a dish storage tank 3, so as to envelope a heater 12, and the air warmed with the heater 12 is fed to the dish storage tank 3 via an air supply passage 25 connected to the opening of the cover 13. Water droplets adhering to a dish are thereby changed to vapors and discharged through an exhaust duct. Also, space between the heater 12 and a heater mounting part 3b is filled with a bulking agent 26, so as to increase the heat conduction and adhesion of the heater 12. In this case, by removing the bulking agent 26 the heater 12 is covered with the heater cover 13, so that a smoke, if any, from the bulking agent 26 due to the abnormal overheat of the heater 12 is immediately recognized visually as well as an olfactory manner.

On the other hand, a main body water supply hose 26 to feed water to the water supply electromagnetic valve 14 is piped from the upper outside of a dish storage tank 3 through the right side face to the connection part with an outer water supply hose 27 in the front lower part, and a 50-100mm long space is provided in the main body hose 26 side of the connection part. Thus, water in water supplying can be effectively utilized for dish washing and repairing is made easier.

When the rate of temp. rise in the accommodating chamber is measured to serve for judgment of the quantity of tableware, the change in the washing conditions is controlled by the neuro-computation, wherein the washing power (force of steeping) at each water temp. range is used while the water temp. is divided into a plurality of divisions, and fuzzy control is conducted using the sensed quantity of tableware and the washing power (force of steeping), and according to the given result, the washing time (or frequency) after attainment of a certain temp. level and the frequency of rinsing runs (or times) are set.

Further, a notched part 21 for power supply cord fixture is constituted on the front face side of the partition wall part 15 and the power supply cord 19 is connected to that part 21. Thus, the damage of the power supply cord at the time of machine body integrating work is eliminated, disconnection, electric insulation defect or ignition can be prevented and further, the presence/absence of connection for performing work on the front face can be easily confirmed.

In including the accessories of the dishwasher 1 integrally in a pack of the main body this constitution makes it possible to avoid erroneous inclusion of an item differing in specification from model to model or from an OEM maker to another and ensure that no item is missing from the set, hence prevention of waste of the cost of materials resulting from erroneous packaging of more accessories than are necessary.

In such a dish washer, when the door 4 and the dish storage tank 3 are made of steel plate, a side piece 7 is fixed between the door in both left/right sides and the storage tank 3 by coned disk screws 8. This constitution can eliminate the deviation correction work performed before installation of the dish washer 1, secure high sealing performance between the door 1 and the dish storage tank 3, and prevent damage such as corrosion of a kitchen floor face caused by water leakage before happening.

In this invention, a delivery port area of a nozzle shaft 27 is arranged exclusively for 50Hz and 60Hz separately to allow the implementing of the switching of the frequency by replacing the nozzle shaft 27. This achieves a shortening of service time in the switching of the frequency and eliminates the factor for leakage of water from a piping thereby realizing higher reliability.
