    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of high-precision concentration control in producing a dilute sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution such as drinking water.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a heat insulating effect and to improve drying efficiency by permitting a box shape case to be a dual structure consisting of an outer member and an inner member and holding an insulating member between the inner and outer members in a clothes dryer where a heating means and a blow means for supplying a warm blow to a drying chamber are stored in the box shape case. SOLUTION: The box shape case 1 of a rotary drum clothes dryer is provided with a door 10 on its front surface, where clothes are put in/out, and a rotatable rotary drum 3 constituting the drying chamber 2 is stored in the case 1. A fan 6 provided with a heat exchange means and the blow means enabling dehumidifying is disposed on the rear surface of the case 1 with a center part as an axial center. In this case, the box shape case 1 is constituted to be the dual structure in a nearly sealed state by the outer and inner members 20 and 21, a thin air layer 22 is formed in a gap between the members 20 and 21 and the air layer 22 is functioned as a heat insulating member. Then the thickness dimension of the layer 22 is set to be the one by which a heat convection does not occur in the air inside the layer 22 so that the excellent heat insulating effect is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a labyrinth effect by turning a labyrinth seal disposed between a casing and a double-face fan for suppressing the leakage to the outside of hot air and the intrusion to the inside of cooling air to an inward radial flow labyrinth for which the flow-out direction of the hot air is from the outer peripheral side of a radial direction to an inner peripheral side. SOLUTION: The labyrinth seal 8 for suppressing the leakage to the outside of the hot air 9 and the intrusion to the inside of the cooling air 10 is constituted of a plurality of annular seal pieces 15 projectingly arranged from the wall part 5a for a fan side seal of the double-face fan 5 to a counter drum side by a concentric array and the plurality of annular seal pieces 16 projectingly arranged from the wall part 14a for the seal of the casing 14 to a drum side similarly by the concentric array. That is, the labyrinth seal 8 is formed so as to be an inward radial flow for which the flow-out direction 17 of the hot air 9 is from the outer peripheral side 8a of the radial direction to the inner peripheral side 8b. Also, the position of a clearance between the tips of the annular seal pieces 15 and 16 facing each other is alternately shifted in an axial direction corresponding to the concentric array.
