摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease a heat infiltrating amount to a cryopanel by optimizing a structure of a cryopump set up in a cryopump of equal volume, and increasing an exhaust speed of hydrogen gas and helium gas of the cryopump. CONSTITUTION:A strip-shaped subcryopanel 28 is arranged extending from a cryopanel 22 in a reverse surface side of a louver 29 to arrange a Z-shaped sectional louver in a cryopump inlet side and an L-shaped or I-shaped sectional louver in a cryopump interior side. While avoiding contact with a louver holder 32 for holding a plurality of the louvers 29, a hydrogen gas molecule, reflected by the louver in a lower step, is captured in the subcryopanel at high probability to enable a cryopump to attain its high exhaust speed. By arranging not the subcryopanel but an adsorbing material and an argon gas emitting pipe in the cryopump interior side, helium gas is simultaneously exhausted at a high speed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain heat receiving equipment constituted of heat-receiving pipes which have a critical heat flux higher than a swirl tube and pressure loss lower than the swirl 1 tube. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of turbulent flow generation cores 2A, 2B and 2C... are laid out inside a pipe 1 at an interval. A plurality of sheet-shaped fin sections 2D, which are virtually parallel to the tube axis, are branched from an axial part 2F of the cores in a radial direction whereas each core is laid out in such a fashion that it is deviated from the fin sections 2D of the cores which are adjacent to each upper stream the in a peripheral direction, thereby constituting a heat receiving pipe.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the stable operation of a cryopump, which is driven under both a stationary operation and a precooling regenerating operation mixed together, to be obtained easily by forcing supercritical pressure helium to circulate within the cryopump. CONSTITUTION:A supply piping 33 for the stationary operation and a return piping 34 for the stationary operation are connected through heaters 41a-41d and flow control valves 31a-31d to cryopumps 21a-21d respectively. These two pipings 33, 34 are connected to each other through a supercritical pressure helium circulator 32, which forces supercritical pressure helium to circulate through the pipings for stationary operation of the system. In addition, in the case the cryopump 21d to be regenerated, the heater 41d is operated with the flow control valve 31d closed and a valve 35 opened so that the helium gas is heated to high temperatures and then circulated within the cryopump 21d for its regenerating operation. The heated helium gas which finished the circulation as above is returned through a piping 36 to a refrigerator system 42.
