SOLUTION: In this method for assembling a compressor having a motor part 10 comprising a stator 11 fixed in the inside of a cylindrical casing 2 and a rotor 12 inserted in the annular passage of the stator 11, and a main bearing 7 and an auxiliary bearing 14 which rotatively support on both sides the rotary shaft 9 of the rotor 11 across the rotor 11, the stator 11, main bearing 7 and auxiliary bearing 14 are simultaneously positioned by using a plurality of chucks.

SOLUTION: Oil covers are provided on the upper and lower sides of a stator, and a porous filter is installed between the lower oil cover and a support part for supporting an auxiliary bearing. Discharged gas positively passes through the filter after passing through a space formed by the inner diameter of a closed container and a compressor component.

SOLUTION: A reference guide bar 18 is positioned on an axial core of collect chucks 19, 22. When a collet chucks B21 and a collect chuck D24 are moved in an arrow direction, a collect chuck A21 and a collet chuck C23 are moved in a direction apart from an axial core of the reference guide bar 18, and the collet chuck B21 and a collet chuck D24 are moved to a direction approaching to the axial core of the reference guide bar 18. The reference guide bar 18,a stator annular passage 25, a flame main bearing 26 are constrained, and positioning is carried out. An end surface of a casing 2 is supported by a floating mechanism part 17 provided on an assembly pallet 21. It is thus possible or prevent reduction of positioning accuracy of the stator 11 and the flame 8 caused by machining accuracy of the casing 2.

The surface treatment typically includes phosphate coating and molybdenum disulfide coating over the phosphate coating, where the coating is fine crystallization and has excellent load-withstanding and lubricating oil-retaining performances and initial conformability. The clearances C'-A and D'-B are set smaller which are respectively obtained from the cylinder heights C' and D' from which the thickness of the surface-treatment layers 15 on the partition plate 7 is subtracted and from the roller heights A and B.
