摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating component thinning caused by acid dew point corrosion in the gas passage of a thermal power plant and for estimating the life of the component. SOLUTION: The acid dew point, water dew point and acid concentration at the estimated temperature are estimated from the temperature change of a component according to the actual machine operating procedures and concentration and pressure of the expected combustion gas component, and the actual machine simulated evaluation of a steel product used is conducted at the temperature to which the component is exposed. For the actual machine simulated evaluation, dipping evaluation is conducted when the assumed temperature is the water dew point or below, constant-humidity spraying evaluation is conducted at the water dew pint or above and at the acid dew point or below, and the change of corrosion quantity after the lapse of time is obtained.

The load device 30 is provided with a controller 32 which controls the output of an actuator and with a load source 33 which supplies a hydraulic pressure to the actuator. The controller 32 performs a load control operation by which a constant load or a load at a programmed waveform is loaded and a strain-amount control operation by which a constant strain amount or a strain amount at a programmed waveform is loaded. The pseudo-environment reproduction device 20 is provided with a heating-furnace controller 25 which controls the temperature of a heating furnace 24 and with a corrosive-gas generation device 220 which generates a corrosive gas.

SOLUTION: This Co-base heat resistant alloy has a composition composed essentially of Co and containing, by weight, 5-10% Al and 0.2-2.0% C and also has a structure in which an intermetallic compound with an E21 type structure is precipitated or crystallized. For example, by using this alloy, a columnar crystal solidified from a leading edge 4 side to a trailing edge 3 side is formed in a wing part 1, and also a columnar crystal is formed in the same direction in a side wall 2. The E21 type intermetallic compound is composed essentially of CO3 AlC. B is incorporated by 0.005-1% into the alloy. The Co-base heat resistant alloy is subjected to solution heat treatment at 1200-1300 deg.C and then to aging treatment at 900-1100 deg.C. By this method, the Co-base heat resistant alloy, having high strength, high ductility, high thermal fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance, can be obtained.
