摘要： Silicon carbide powder mixture and process for producing sintered bodies therefrom are provided so as to give silicon carbide sintered bodies having excellent heat conductivity and electrical resistivity with high density. Said silicon carbide powder mixture can be obtained by dry blending or solution mixing of silicon carbide powder with at least one beryllium compound which can be converted to beryllium, beryllium oxide, beryllium carbide or beryllium nitride by decomposition with heating.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize a resistor composition for thick film resistor having stabilized resistance characteristics by adding an amorphous metal boride, glass frit containg group IIIa-VIa metal oxide as glass component, and an organic vehicle of such quantity as effective for producing paste. CONSTITUTION:Copper paste is printed on a substrate and baked to form a copper conductor circuit. 0.1-50 pts.wt. of amorphous metal boride is admixed with 99.9-50 pts.wt. of glass frit containing 0.1.-50 pts.wt. of glass component expressed in term of tantalum oxide. In this regard, metal 12 boride is employed. Subsequently, specified quantity of organic vehicle, obtained by dissolving an acrylic resin into buthyl Carbitol acetate, is added and kneaded uniformly to produce a paste resistor composition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a resistance composition which gives a thick film resistor having stabilized resistance characteristics by a method wherein a wide resistance region is obtained by uniformly dispersing microscopic conductive particles into the glass matrix of a resistor after it has been calcined. CONSTITUTION:A metal boride of 0.1 to 50wt.% having the y/x, indicated by MxBy (M indicates a metal element, and B indicates a boride, and x and y indicate integers), in excess of 6, and glass frit, containing the glass component of 1 to 50 pts.wt. in terms of tantalum oxide, of 50 to 99.9 pts.wt. are mixed. Further, an organic vehicle is added, and a thick film resistance composition is obtained. The surface of an inorganic substrate is coated with the above- mentioned composition, and a rasistance film of prescribed shape is formed. Then, aforesaid material is calcined at 700 to 950 deg.C in an inert gas atmosphere. As a result, the tantalum boride particles of 1mum or smaller in diameter are precipitated into the glass matrix, or a conductive path can be formed, the resistivity of the resistor can be made uniform, and resistance characteristics can also be stabilized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion in the bond strength and the wetness after the calcination process by a method wherein specific amount of organic peroxide is contained in a mixture comprising specific compositions of a metallic and/or glass powder, organic binder and organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:The title calcinable composition composed of 100wt.% of a mixture comprising 85-95wt.% of a metal such as copper powder, etc., and glass powder, 0.5-7wt.% of organic binder and 4-15wt.% of organic solvent containing 2-10wt.% of organic peroxide is produced. In such an organic binder contained in this paste, the added organic peroxide is cracked at 200-500%oC so that the oxidation-cracking of the organic peroxide may be accelerated by the produced active oxygen to make the organic binder easily fugacious.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a film excellent in denseness by adding a proper amount at least one kind of bismuthcalcogenides of bismuth sulfide, bismuth selenide and bismuth telluride. CONSTITUTION:A matter of composition consisting of copper, bismuth sulfide and an organic vehicle is flexoprinted on an alumina substrate to form a film for being burned. In this burning process, after an organic vehicle is vaporized and decomposed for being vanished firstly at about 200 to 300 deg.C, copper powder starts to be self-sintered at about 600 deg.C, however, cohesion of copper powder becomes hard to be caused due to added bismuth sulfide. Further, when the temperature is more raised, bismuth sulfide is decomposed to cause adhesion due to a reaction between and alumina. Later, copper powder is completely sintered. Thereby, a dense film can be obtained after being thinly and firmly stuck to an alumina substrate.

The compounding ratio of the fines of a metallic boride in 0.5mum or less and glass powder in several mum is changed, thus manufacturing a thick-film resistor capable of being baked in the non-oxidizing atmosphere and covering 10-10MOMEGA/square.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain thick film conductive paste capable of being fired in a non-oxidative or reducible atmosphere by using boro-silicate glass as a main component and using glass frit consisting of Y2O3, La2O3, Nd2O5, CaO, MgO, and the like as added compositions so that they are mixed with silver powder and palladium powder. Namely, boro-silicate glass containing CaO and/or MgO, and Bi2O3 is used as a main component, and metallic oxides selected from BaO, Y2O3, La2O3, Nd2O3 are added to this main component at the ratio of 3 to 15 wt% per 100 wt% of the main component. An additional process of these components is performed to produce thermally decomposable acrylic group vehicle so that paste can be manufactured. Next this paste is fired in an atmosphere of nitrogen or the like and then a desired conductive pattern is formed.
