摘要： Granulates are particularly useful in washing and cleaning products. A homogeneous premixture is extruded at high pressures through perforated nozzles and the hank leaving the perforated nozzles is transversely severed into particules having a predetermined length by a rotary cutting knife (1), so that the particles are radially hurled away from the cutting knife (1). The particles are caught in a flexible air-permeable textile fabric (2) loosely arranged around the cutting knife (1) in the area where the particles are radially hurled. Gas, in particular air, is blown into the inner space thus formed by the textile fabric (2), and the same gas is blown onto the outer side of the textile fabric (2). The granulates are thus prevented from adhering or clinging to the inner wall of the granulating hood even at very high throughputs and whatever their recipe.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for manufacturing granules of a washing or cleaning agent from a mixture of at least partially solid, one-piece ingredient. In order to manufacture uniform, relatively small granules very cheaply, plasticizers and/or slip additives are added to the mixture, the moulding material so obtained is forced under a pressure of at least 25 bar by an extruder through a plurality of holes whose diameter in the inlet side region is less than that in the outlet side region, the length to diameter ratio in the inlet side region being between 1.5 and 6 in the outlet side region between 0.3 and 2, and the extruded strands are cut transversely into predetermined lengths immediately after the outlet.

摘要： In the production of enzyme granulates with grain sizes from 0.1 to 2 mm, containing 2 to 20 % wt. proteases, lipases, amylases and/or cellulases, 10 to 50 % wt. swellable starch, 5 to 50 % wt. granulating agent, 3 to 12 % wt. water and not more than 10 % wt. water-soluble salt, by extruding an enzyme pre-mixture obtained by mixing a fermentation liquor cleared of insoluble components and concentrated with additives and spheroidizing the extrudate in a rounder, the use of relatively highly concentrated fermentation liquours has previously been necessary. By removing the insoluble components from the fermentation liquor by micro-filtration and mixing with additives which, in relation to the finished granulate, contains 10 to 35 % wt. cereal flour, it is possible, by the use of low-concentration fermentation liquors, to obtain highly active enzyme granulates with a long shelf life which are suitable for inclusion in washing and cleansing agents and are distinguished by uniform solubility properties in aqueous washing and cleansing baths.

摘要： Compacted granules of given particle size are obtained from preliminary mixtures of at least partly solid constituents of washing and cleaning agents by addition of water-soluble, water-dispersible or water-emulsifiable plasticizers and/or lubricants. The preliminary mixture is worked into a homogeneous mass and extruded at pressures of 25 to 200 bar through perforated moulds with apertures whose width is equal to the given granule size. The compacted extrudates are reduced to the given granule size. The process is suitable for manufacturing concentrates for domestic and industrial washing and cleaning agents in the form of bulk and pourable highly compacted granules. The concentrates possess a long storage life and show no tendency to agglomerate.
