    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve which can be selectively mounted on one of two types of carbon dioxide gas containers having different screw diameters. SOLUTION: The pressure reducing valve has a pressure reducing part A incorporating a carbon dioxide gas pressure reducing mechanism, a mounting part B formed integrally with the pressure reducing part A to be selectively mounted on one of two types of carbon dioxide containers C, D, and a seal member 30 for preventing the leakage of carbon dioxide gas when mounted on the carbon dioxide gas container D having a larger screw diameter. The mounting part B has a first screw portion 22 formed on the corner side to be threaded to the carbon dioxide gas container C having a smaller screw diameter, and a second screw portion 23 formed ranging from the inlet side of the first screw portion to be threaded to the carbon dioxide gas container D having a larger screw diameter. The seal member 30 has a boss portion 31 formed longer than the first screw portion 22 to be fitted to the first screw portion 22, and a flange portion 32 formed shorter than the second screw portion 23 to be fitted to the second screw portion 23.
