    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling type aquarium, while capable of being easily assembled, securing water tightness, even after using for a long period of time, and also using an overflow type filtering device and without damaging its fine appearance.
      SOLUTION: This assembling type aquarium is equipped with a bottom plate having grove parts along its side edges, sidewalls with packing at its peripheral edges and installed as standing by fitting its lower side parts with the groove parts, supporting poles consisting of receiving members and restraining members, and formed as capable of nipping/holding the lateral side parts of the sidewalls and a frame member attached at the upper part of the walls and the supporting poles. The receiving member is equipped with wing elements for supporting the lateral side part of the sidewalls from the outside of the aquarium as pairs, and fixing the sidewalls by pressure-welding and nipping/holding the lateral side parts of the side walls fitted to the inside of the wing elements by the restraining members from the inside of the aquarium.
