When attaching the socket 20 to a pile 10, the socket injection port 33 is closed by the pile 10, and the socket injection port 33 is opened when the socket 20 drops from the pile 10 to inject jet water. At the same time, an amount of the discharge water of a pump 50 is kept at a proper amount by a pressure sensor 52 for detecting the reduction of the discharge pressure of the pump 50 and a control part 53.
