摘要： The present invention is directed to a process for the production of polyisocyanates containing isocyanurate groups by trimerizing a mixture of aliphatic-cycloaliphatic diisocyanates having a sterically unhindered isocyanate group bound to a primary aliphatic carbon atom and a sterically hindered isocyanate group bound to a tertiary carbon atom which forms a part of a cycloaliphatic ring system and 1,6-diisocyanatohexane. The present invention is also directed to the polyisocyanates containing isocyanurate groups produced according to this process and to their use, optionally in blocked form, as an isocyanate component in the production of polyisocyanate polyaddition products, preferably polyurethane lacquers.

摘要： Process for the production of water-hardenable compositions of organic polyisocyanates and polyamines containing at least partly blocked amino groups present as ketimines, the combinations essentially representing mixtures and optionally reaction products containing urea groups by mixing the organic polyisocyanates with the polyamines in such quantities that the equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to blocked and free amino groups is between about 0.9:1 and 4:1 and reacting any free amino groups present with some of the isocyanate groups in the polyisocyanate to form ureas, characterized in that the polyamines containing at least partly blocked amino groups used are mixtures comprising(a) from about 50 to 95 amine equivalent percent of organic compounds which are free from primary and secondary amino groups and which contain at least two ketimine groups corresponding to the following formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 represents an alkyl or cycloalkyl radical and R.sup.2 represents hydrogen or an alkyl or cycloalkyl radical or in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 form a cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon radical together with the two carbon atoms of the ketimine group and(b) from about 5 to 40 amine equivalent percent of organic compounds which are free from primary and secondary amino groups and which contain at least two ketimine groups of which one corresponds to the formula ##STR2## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are as defined above, the other ketimine group(s) present correspond(s) to the formula shown in (a).

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for the production of organic compounds containing (i) carbodiimide and/or uretone imine groups and (ii) blocked isocyanate groups, wherein about 10 to 90% of the isocyanate groups of an organic polyisocyanate are blocked by reaction with a monofunctional blocking agent for isocyanate groups, and subsequently about 65 to 100% of the free isocyanate groups still remaining are converted into carbodiimide groups with elimination of the carbodiimide. The present invention also relates to the organic compounds obtainable by this process and to their use for the production of plastics by reaction with compounds containing isocyanate-reactive groups by the isocyanate polyaddition process.

C.,components (A) and (B) being present in quantities corresponding to an equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of about 0.6:1 to 1.2:1, characterized in that component (A) is based on a polyisocyanate or polyisocyanate mixture which(a) does not contain any blocking agents for isocyanate groups,(b) has a content of free isocyanate groups (expressed as NCO) attached to tertiary, aliphatic or cycloaliphatic carbon atoms of about 8 to 24% by weight and an average NCO functionality of at least 2.1,(c) has a urethane group content (expressed as --NH--CO--O--) of about 3 to 30% by weight and(d) has an isocyanurate group content (expressed as C.sub.3 N.sub.3 O.sub.3) of 0 to about 30% by weight.The present invention also relates to the use of this powder lacquer for the production of coatings on heat-resistant substrates by methods known in powder lacquer technology.
