    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof type switch which has a key top part, on which an electronic component is mounted, and is thin and highly reliable, and to provide an electronic apparatus including the waterproof type switch.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 10 includes a housing 13 and a waterproof type switch 12 disposed at an opening of the housing 13 and separating the interior of the housing 13 from the exterior. Further, the waterproof type switch 12 includes: a waterproof sheet 22 including a flat part and a side wall part disposed at a periphery of the flat part and communicating with an edge part of the flat part at an upper part; a switch body 23 disposed below the flat part and turning on or off an electric signal; and an electronic component 21 joined to an upper surface of the flat part and used as a key top. The waterproof sheet 22 is formed by integrally molding rubber and reinforcement plates 34a, 34b. The electronic component 21 is joined to the reinforcement plate 34a disposed on the upper surface of the flat part.
