    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction in stirring efficiency even when reducing a torque in a ground improving body creating device.
      SOLUTION: A passage for high-pressure fluid is formed in an injection rod 11, and a high-pressure fluid is injected from injection nozzles 20 and 22 in ground improvement. Stirring blades 12 extending radially outward to the axis of the injection rod are provided on the circumference of the injection rod, and the stirring blades are rotated according to the rotation of the injection rod. The injection nozzles are arranged on the tip parts of the stirring nozzles and comprise nozzle ports opened toward the injection rod. In the area separated from the injection rod, considering that the ground is stirred by high-pressure jet, and the torque is proportional to the distance from the central part when the stirring blades are rotated, the torque acting on the vicinity of the tip parts of the stirring blades can be minimized.
