The plurality of the contact portions are arranged so that the cylindrical and sac-like workpiece which is an object to be held does not pass between the abutting surfaces of the adjacent two contact portions. The object 10 to be plated is plated while repeating the work of immersing the object 10 to be plated in the plating solution 14 and the work of discharging the plating solution in the object 10 to be plated.
