摘要： An improved method for recovery of alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal terephthalate and of alkylene glycol, from polyalkylene terephthalate, in particular from polyethylene terephthalate (P.E.T.), alkylene glycol, in particular ethylene glycol produced in the form of vapor during the saponification reaction, initiated by the action of intensive kneading of polyalkylene terephthalate and the alkaline reagent at a temperature of 100.degree. to 200.degree. C. The alkylene glycol is recovered in gaseous form by entrainment by an inert gas or by extraction under low pressure. The alkaline terephthalate or alkaline-earth terephthalate is obtained in solid or powder form; it can easily be stored, transported and redissolved, in order to be purified and possibly transformed into terephthalic acid or ester.

摘要： By a new process, inverse microlatices of watersoluble copolymers are prepared by copolymerization within an inverse microemulsion obtained by admixing an aqueous phase containing the hydrosoluble monomers to be copolymerized, an organic phase and a non-ionic surfactant or a mixture of non-ionic surfactants, whose H L B ranges from 8 to 11.The resultant microlatices can be diluted in water so as to form thickened solutions, which can be used to improve the production of hydrocarbons from oil formations, particularly in enhanced recovery methods or methods for preventing water inflows in producing wells.

摘要： The invention relates to bituminous compositions containing residues of polymers and in particular sterile car waste, which have previously undergone a hydrolysis and/or alcoholysis treatment prior to their incorporation into the bitumen or asphalt. The treatment is carried out in such a way as to hydrolyze and/or alcoholyze at least 5% by weight of the polyesters and/or polyurethanes initially contained in the polymer residues.During the addition of the pretreated mixture of polymers to the bitumen or asphalt, it is preferable to add a catalyst and/or a reagent assisting the in situ condensation of the acids, alcohols, amines or isocyanates formed during the pretreatment and which react with one another or with certain constituents of the bitumen or asphalt.The process permits a better incorporation of the polymer residues containing a fraction of polyurethane, polyester and/or polyepoxide resins and consequently makes it possible to obtain improved bituminous compositions for use in roads or industry.
