    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool and ventilate a vehicle by controlling the environment for the battery in the vehicle, while preventing inflow of foreign matter from outside the vehicle.
      SOLUTION: An air suction part 12 is provided for receiving the outside air from outside the vehicle, in the environment control system for the battery in the vehicle. A duct system makes communication between the air suction part 12 and the battery. The duct system comprises a movable door which can promote or inhibit movement of air between the air suction part 12 and the battery. An air lead through part promotes inflow of the air from the duct system to the environment in outside the vehicle. A fan cooperates with the duct system, in order to move the air beyond the battery through a heat exchanger in the duct system. The control system controls operation of the fan and the movable door, so as to be constituted in a manner of deciding whether the battery environment requires new air (fresh air) or circulating air.
