And with each of the position data from a present value register 31 and spedific position registers 32, 33 compared by a comparator 34, a decision is made for whether the region of a movable unit 24 should turn on or off a reduction limit switch 26 at the position of a dog 25, to output the numerical control unit side indication signal to an AND gate G3, G4. And with the machine tool side indication signal, for showing the reduction limit switch 26 becoming on-off, inputted to the AND gate G3, G4, if produced no agreement, any one of the gates G3, G4 is opened to set a flip flop F generating an alarm signal ALM, and a state of anomalousness is notified.

Collar rings 10 made of aluminium are installed at the both edges of the spoke part 3, and the fiber bundles of the spoke part 3 are gathered by caulking or squeezing so that the circular section is obtained. The above-described fiber bundle is formed into the reinforced body 2 through heating treatment. Said reinforced body 2 is covered with urethane resin to form a steering wheel.

Moreover, the frame 10 is released from the winding part of the bag body after the fluid is made to exhaust from the bag body 7. By this way, the manufacture of the fiber reinforced three-dimensional resin structural body becomes possible. This manufacturing method can be applied to the manufacture of an automotive body frame and so forth.

A vibrator 11 is fitted to the take-up jig 9 and put into a heating device (oven) 12. Then an FRP product is obtained by making the molded material 10 heat and cure while a vibration is being given to the same by the vibrator.
