    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a heating member having a wide heat absorbing surface to efficiently radiate heat by a method wherein a heat pipe is fixed to a fin which is fixed from the heating member to the heat absorbing surface in a substantial vertical direction, the fin is provided with a grid-like cooling medium flow passage and an end part of the heat pipe at the heat absorbing surface is inserted into the heat absorbing surface. SOLUTION: A heat pipe type radiator A is fixed to a heat absorbing surface 1 of rectangular shape such as a Peltier element or the like in a substantial vertical direction, a plurality of fins 2 are spaced apart by a predetermined distance and arranged in side-by-side relation, they are equally spaced apart within the fins 2 and then a plurality of heat pipes 3 are buried. The fins 2 are flat plates formed by metal of superior thermal radiating characteristic such as aluminum or the like and it has a grid-like cooling medium flow passage. The heat pipe 3 is made such that working liquid is enclosed while its pressure being reduced in a metallic pipe with both ends being sealingly enclosed, wherein the heat pipe 3 is extended from the heat absorbing surface 1 in a substantial vertical direction and its base end is buried in the heat absorbing surface 1. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to perform an efficient thermal radiation even in the case that the heat absorbing surface of the heat generating member is wide.

    • PURPOSE:To stably mold an electro-conductive plastic molded item having favorable electrical characteristics ranging from electro-conductivity to semi- electro-conductivity and the like by a method wherein molding material, which is prepared by adding and mixing auxiliary material of electro-conductive carbon black having the specified particle diameter to polyisocyanate and activated hydrogen compound, is injected in a mold. CONSTITUTION:Molding material consisting of polyisocyanate and activated hydrogen compound contains electro-conductive carbon black as auxiliary material. An electro-conductive plastic molded item is produced by injecting the above-mentioned auxiliary material-containing molding material in a mold for reaction-hardening. As the above-mentioned electro-conductive carbon black, the one, the whole of which passes through a screen having 200 mesh or less and 80% and more of which passes through a screen having 325 mesh or less, is used. The electro-conductive carbon black consisting of said fine particles is added to either one or both of polyisocyanate and activated hydrogen compound for mixing. The compounding amount of the electro-conductive carbon black at this time is preferably 0.5% or more and 5% or less with respect to the weight of the plastic molded item.
