    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the arrangement work of conductors. SOLUTION: A part of a conductor group 30 is housed in a first frame jig (a) held by a holding base 10, the conductor group 30 housed in the frame jig (a) is resin-solidified, and the first frame jig (a) is moved to the other position of the holding base to house the other part of the conductor group 30 separated from the first frame jig (a) by a desired distance in a second frame jig (b) and a third frame jig (c). A resin is injected to the second frame jig (b) and the third frame jig (c) to resin-solidify the other part of the conductor group 30. The conductor group 30 between the second frame jig (b) and the third frame jig (c) is cut, and the first frame jig (a) and the second frame jig (b) are removed from the holding base. An insulator is introduced into the conductor group between the first frame jig (a) and the second frame jig (b), and solidified. Thus, the work for arranging a number of conductors can be omitted by the process for injecting the resin to the second frame jig (b) and the third frame jig (c) to resin-solidify the other part of the conductor group 30.

    • PURPOSE:To color an aluminum aerial power transmission line with color tone matching its surroundings by a method wherein the surface is roughed by applying sand blaster treatment, specific aqueous solution is applied on the roughed surface and dried to have corrosion with coating caused, and then colored. CONSTITUTION:With an aluminum overhead transmission line 1 running with specific speed, it is passed through a sand blaster 2 first wherein MORUNDUM #80 for example is projected toward the surface of the transmission line 1 form three nozzles 5 placed in a circle at constant intervals to have its surface roughed. Then the roughed transmission line 1 is passed through a high frequency induction heating furnace 3 to be heated and then coloring solution 7 is sprayed with a coloring solution spray 4 to color the surface of the transmission line 1. Aqueous solution of ferric chloride is used as the coloring solution 7, and corrosion of aluminum by chlorine ions, reaction of iron ions to ferric chloride and evaporation and drying of moisture can be completed almost simultaneously in several seconds so that a light brown coat is formed. Thus reflection of the sunlight is reduced while the surface color tone can be matched to its surroundings.

    • PURPOSE:The sharply reduce the quantity of the reflected light of the sun from the surface of an aluminum overhead transmission line and, at the same time, to treat the surface of the transmission line to have an arbitrary color tone matching that of the environment by successively performing two processes of a roughening process and coloring processed to the surface of the transmission line. CONSTITUTION:In a sand blaster 5, three nozzles are arranged around the outer periphery of an aluminum overhead transmission line run through the blaster 5 and compressed air is blown on the outer periphery of the line 4 through the nozzles. While the transmission line 4 is passed through the sand blaster 5, the surface of the transmission line 4 is roughened. A tank 7 containing a paint 6 is provided on the downstream side of the blaster 5 and siphon type air-atomizing nozzles 8 which are faced to each other and through which the dye 6 is jetted with the fed compressed air 9 on the roughened surface of the line 4 are provided to the outer periphery of the transmission line 4. Thereafter, the transmission line is rolled round a drum 11 through a caterpillar feeder 10 after the dye 6 is naturally dried.
