摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a bioamorphous electrode excellent in its corrosion resistance further able to be cheaply manufactured by forming the electrode by an amorphous group alloy consisting of Cr, P, Ni. CONSTITUTION:A bioamorphous electrode, containing 5-40atom.% Cr and 15-35atom.% P, consists of the rest of Ni, being formed by a high corrosion resisting amorphous nickel group alloy of pitting, void and total surface corrosion proof resisting against a severe corrosion environment. The amorphous nickel group alloy is easily manufactured, having high corrosion resistance not corroding at all even in a severe corrosion environment like a solution of 46% hydrofluoric acid. When an electrocardiogram is taken by utilizing the amorphous electrode 1, it is brought into contact with a surface of the human skin 2, and an adhesive sheet 3 is adhesively attached from above the amorphous electrode 1. When the amorphous electrode 1 is clamped in its one end part by an alligator clip, a fine electric current, induced in the skin surface, reaches an electrocardiograph 5 via the amorphous electrode 1 and a lead cord 4a of the alligator clip 4, and the electrocardiogram is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an efficient bioinductive electrode which has a low impedance at an electrode component and a low polarization voltage, by making the electrode component of an amorphous active carbon fiber sheet. CONSTITUTION:An electrode component 10 including a fun-shaped tip 6 made of lead wires and an electrode sheet 11 is provided in the cover sheet side center of a space formed by a cover sheet 2 and a ring 3 made of a foamed sheet. The inside of the ring 3 including the electrode component 10 is filled with an electrolyte 9. The electrode sheet 11 uses active carbon fibers to constitute a woven fabric. Since the specific surface areas of the fibers are very large and the diameters of fine holes thereof are relatively large by use of active carbon fibers for the electrode component, the fibers adsorb a large quantity of the electrolyte from low molecules to high molecules and also adsorb medium molecules at a high speed. An electrode which adsorbs an electrolyte sufficiently and at a high rate, i.e., an efficient electrode with a low electrode impedance and a low polarization voltage is thus obtained.

Manufacture for the bioinduction electrode A sets up the electrode element 1, adhesive base material 2, supporting base material 3, electrolyte 4, separator 5 and a cover 6 to an electrode storage port 8a of an anvil 8. An ultrasonic phone 7, having a ring- shaped point end 7a, is piled on thereafter adapted to the anvil 8, and giving an ultrasonic vibration in the vertical direction under a suitable pressure, the supporting base material, fixing the electrode element and the electrolyte, adhesive base material, provided with the separator, and the cover are connected.
