    • PURPOSE:To enable cables different in outer diameter to be easily and surely clamped and fixed to an optional spot on a cable support piece by a method where a presser pressed against the cable support piece is provided. CONSTITUTION:A presser 1c is provided to press a cable 2, which is inserted into a cable holder 1a as pressed by a set screw 1a-1 screwed into the top of cable holder 1a, against a cable support piece 3. Therefore, the cable 2 is clamped through such a manner that the presser 1c can be set adjustable in position along a pressing direction by driving the set screw 1a-1 in or out in the direction shown by a narrow C, so that the cable 2 which is different in outer diameter but can be inserted into the cable holder 1a can be freely pressed against the cable support piece 3 and held. A mounting leg 1b of the cable holder 1a is provided with a hook 1b-1. Therefore, the hook 1b-1 is mounted on the cable support piece 3 at an optional spot, to clamp the cable 2, and the cable clamper 1 is fixed at the spot concerned.

CONSTITUTION:A shaft pin 31 of a hinge 30 is leveled, a plane of one side swing plate 33 is stuck to a base of a corner stack for being fixed to the corner stack 10 using a machine screw 35. Then, a plane of the other side swing plate 32 is stuck to a side wall surface of a basket body 1 to be fixed to the basket body 1 using the other machine screw 35. Almost one side of a fixing plate 40 is close to the upper of the side of the corner stack 10 and the other side is surely fixed to the corner stack 10 in a state of being aligned with the corner stuck 10 so that the other side may project outside the corner stack by using a machine screw.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a signal receiver due to impulsive oscillation or the like by combining each reception signal frequency with the detected and delayed signal logically to stop the start output of a local station selecting signal detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:Frequency signals different from one another received in serial successively are processed by a read filter 1 or 11, a detecting circuit 2 or 12, and a delay circuit 3 or 13, and detected and delayed group and individual signals are supplied to pulse generating circuits 4 and 14. Pulses generated from circuits 4 and 14 in accordance with these signals which do not overlap with respect to time are applied to a local station selecting signal detecting circuit 5, and a local station selecting signal is outputted from the circuit 5. Detected and delayed group and individual signals are subjected to AND processing by a pulse generating circuit 6, and a pulse corresponding to AND from the circuit 6 becomes the signal which stops the start of the circuit 5, and the occurrence of the malfunction of the signal receiver using read filters is prevented even if microphonic noise due to impulsive oscillation occurs.

    • PURPOSE:To attain normal reception and decision of a fault by utilizing a leakage component of a transmission output sent from a transmission section so as to decide a fault of 1st and 2nd receivers simultaneously and sending the result of decision. CONSTITUTION:A reception signal is fed to the 1st receiver 31 or the 2nd receiver 32 via a reception changeover switch R-SW to improve the input signal level of the receiver by 3dB than a conventional transmitter-receiver and the signal is inputted to the receiver while keeping nearly the level received by the antenna. Since the simultaneous reception by the 1st and 2nd receivers 31, 32 is disabled, the decision of a fault of the receiver by the comparison of the squelch voltage is not attained. Then power is applied to the 1st and 2nd receivers at all times and when a transmission section 2 is started by a transmission instruction, the leakage component of the transmission output sent from the transmission section is received by the two receivers to compare the squelch voltages for fault decision. Thus, normal reception and fault decision are attained up to a predetermined minimum reception level.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal picture transmission during turning of a camera by receiving a mobile signal representing the turning or stop of the camera and inhibiting the write to a memory during the turning. CONSTITUTION:A signal for one patterns's share of a picture from a TV camera 1 is A/D-converted in high speed by an A/D converter 2 and written in a buffer memory 3. Then the signal is read at a low speed under the control of a control circuit 8 from the memory 3, a difference is calculated at a DPCM modulation circuit 5, the band is compressed, an obtained parallel signal is converted into a serial signal train by a P/S converting circuit 6, a carrier is modulated by a modulator-demodulator circuit 7 and transmitted to a line 4. In order to control the write to the memory 3, a mobile signal representing the turning or stop of the camera 1 is inputted to the control circuit 8, the write command from the control circuit 8 is inhibited during the turning of the camera so as to stop the write during the turning.
