Also, as the modified cross-sectional filament W is made for swinging to the peripheral direction of the annular core about the central line of the longitudinal direction per se, the residence of a method resin at the tip surface of the nipple 4, namely, the growth and development of resin composition substance C is prevented. The contamination of the resin composition substance to the insulating layer is provided with the result that the uniform insulating layer without decentering thickness can be cover-formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable wiring in a conduit line by providing lags forwarding and retarding toward an internal wall from holding sections made of a rigid casing providing an interval between two internal wall holding sections in the conduit line is variable lengthwise. CONSTITUTION:Two internal wall holding sections 3 and 4 capable of varying a longitudinal distance are connected at a pulling capacity generation section 5 to place in a conduit line 1. The pulling capacity generation section 5 is constituted of a cylinder 9 and a piston rod 10, supplying air from an air pipe 12, moving forward the holding sections 3 and 4 alternately, and a cable is bound to a metal fitting 13 of the holding section 4. A casing 6 of the holding sections 3 and 4 is formed of a rigid elastic material in the shape of a bag, and a plurality of lags 7 forwarding and retarding at a right angle with the internal wall of the conduit line are provided between the casing 6 and an air tube 8 of the inside thereof. There is no question that the conduit line 1 is newly provided, and even if there is an existing cable 2, inserting the holding sections 3 and 4 into a space of the conduit line, supplying air into the air tube 8, and the lags 7 are moved forward and retarded. According to the constitution, cable wiring into the conduit line is executed effectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To conduct various controls with high accuracy, by arranging a thermosensor in the breaker plate of an extruding machine so as to directly measure the temperature of a molten resin. CONSTITUTION:A thermosensor (thermocouple) 40 is inserted into a narrow slit 32 formed from the periphery toward the center of a breaker plate 30, to directly measure the temperature of a molten resin passing through the die holes 34 of a cross head 10. The temperature of the molten resin can be accurately measured without any affection by a heater 12 or the like. Consequently, an overload accident, which would be caused by the too lower temperature of the resin especially at the start of operation, can be prevented.
