    • PURPOSE: An EL device, light-sensitive material for forming a conductive film, and the conductive film are provided to form a conductive part by process a pattern exposure to photosensitive material and developing process. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic electroluminescence device(1) comprises a transparent electrode(2), a fluorescent material layer(3), a reflection insulating layer(4), and a back plate(5). The fluorescent material layer is arranged on the conductive layer of a conductive layer. The transparent electrode and a backside electrode are electrically connected with each other through electrodes(6,7). An Ag paste(8) is coated on an electrode connected to the transparent electrode as an auxiliary electrode. The insulating paste(9) is coated on the fluorescent material layer.
