摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a p-phenylene diamine type color developing agent adapted to rapid processing and good in dark heat fastness by substituting a specified pyrrolidino group at the p-position of a primary amino group. CONSTITUTION:The p-phenylene diamine type color developing agent is substituted by the pyrrolidino group represented by formula I at the p-position of the primary amino group and this agent is represented by formula II. In formulae I and II, R1 is a substituent and n is an integer of 0-6, and when (n) is >=2, each of plural R1 may be same or different; each of R2 and R3 is optionally substituted alkyl: and R4 is a substituent and (m) is an integer of 0-4, and when m is >=2, each of R4 may be same or different or may form a ring. The compounds of formulae I and II do not express only specified ones in the relation of stereoisomers to each other but all of the compounds. The processing solution composition for the photosensitive material contains at least one of the color developing agents thus obtained.

The gray balance of the color images and the long-term preservable stability are improved in this way and the increase in the min. concentration at the time of the rapid development processing at the high temp. is suppressed.

Further, the cyan color developable layers contain water-insoluble org. high- polymer comps., by which the recoloration defect and light color fading are additionally lessened.
