摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaimed FRP-based thermoplastic composite composition obtained by utilizing a waste FRP, having heat flow characteristics moldable by a general-purpose molding method of a resin material such as an injection molding method and an extrusion molding method, providing an FRP-reclaimed product keeping the sufficient mechanical properties even when the mixed proportion of the waste FRP is ≥50 pts. wt. and effective for practical application of the material recycle of the waste FRP. SOLUTION: The reclaimed FRP-based thermoplastic composite composition is obtained by mixing a pulverized waste FRP with a polyolefin-based resin and a functional binder comprising a copolymer or terpolymer having an epoxy group in the main chain of the polymer to form a chemical bond at the interface of the waste FRP and the polyolefin-based resin, and compounding the mixture by melting and kneading. SOLUTION: The excellently reinforced-plastic molded article 10 is characterized in that 100 parts by weight of the unsaturated polyester resin, which is mixed with 40-120 parts by weight of a luminous pigment having the principal component of strontium aluminate, is reinforced with a variety of reinforcing fiber 3 such as a glass fiber. The FRP layer of the unsaturated polyester resin 1 is excellent in the weatherability and toughness, and is hardly deteriorated even when placed in the open air because the luminous pigment constituted with an oxide is oxidized already, thus has the high weatherability and the little deterioration of the luminous performance. Consequently, the FRP molded article, as made from the highly weatherable resin 1 and the luminous pigment 2, is effective for the things used in every field, especially used in the open air. When a base layer 1b of an unsaturated polyester resin which is impregnated with only a glass fiber 3, comprises a layer pigmented to white, the luminous pigment 2 in the surface layer 1a has the afterglow luminance with the brightness and gives a nice look because the light is reflected at the white colored layer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a horizontal well toward a target location under the ground without damaging the natural environment etc., or without being hindered by an existing building, and to decontaminate contaminated soil under the ground by suppressing fluctuation of a groundwater level or ground subsidence, and accordingly by reducing a load on the natural environment etc.
SOLUTION: In the construction of the horizontal well, while the ground is horizontally excavated from a shaft 1 toward the target location under the ground, short well pipes 20 are successively connected together to be extended in an excavated hole, and arranged at locations facing to an underground area as a water flowing target. Each short well pipe 20 has water flowing holes 21 blocked with plug members P. After arrival at the target location, by virtue of decomposition of the plug members P at least by groundwater, the water flowing holes 21 obtain water flowing ability, and therefore the horizontal well 2 or 3 formed of a group of the short well pipes 20 is constructed. According to a method of decontaminating the contaminated soil, the water collecting horizontal well 2 and the water returning horizontal well 3 are constructed from the interior of the shaft 1 to a contaminated soil area CA, and groundwater containing contaminated substance, that flows from the well 2 into the shaft 1 is pumped up to be decontaminated by a decontaminating device 5, followed by returning decontaminated water via the well 3 to the contaminated soil area CA. In this manner the groundwater is circulated to decontaminate the contaminated soil.
