    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-retentive pavement system which can be easily managed by simple equipment, which is equipped with automatic water supply equipment for efficiently supplying water to a water-retentive pavement, and which prevents a restriction on an application place.
      SOLUTION: A water-retentive road (water-retentive pavement system) 1 is equipped with a water-retentive paving material 11 and the automatic water supply equipment 20 for supplying water 40 to the material 11. The equipment 20 is equipped with an irrigation pipe (irrigation means) 21 which is embedded in the bearing layer 12 of the material 11, a water storage tank 22 wherein water is to be stored, a water supply pump (water supply means) 23 which is operated by a direct-current power source so as to supply the irrigation pipe 21 with the water 40 stored in the tank 22, and a photovoltaic power generator 30 for generating electric power to be supplied to the pump 23.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface waste heat recovery system capable of efficiently recovering waste heat on a road surface by a simple structure.
      SOLUTION: This system is provided with a sewerage pipe D buried in the ground, a heat absorption pipe 11 laid in a pavement body H to absorb atmospheric heat, and a heat radiation pipe 12 connected with the heat absorption pipe 11 to release quantity of heat into sewage W of the sewerage pipe D. The heat absorption pipe 11 and the heat radiation pipe 12 are communicated with the sewerage pipe D and are mutually connected by a heat transfer pipe 13 laid in at least two manholes M provided at a predetermined interval to form a closed type heat circuit by the heat absorption pipe 11, the heat radiation pipe 12, and the heat transfer pipe 13.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of liquefied gas through prevention of breakage of a tank, by a method wherein an inner tank and an outer tank are formed independently from each other. CONSTITUTION:When an outer pressure produced due to earthquake is exerted on an outer tank 3, the side wall and the bottom face of the outer tank 3 are deformed into various shapes. Meanwhile, since an inner tank 1 is contained in a condition to be insulated from the outer tank 3, deformation of the outer tank 3 is inhibited against transfer to the inner tank 1. In case the inner tank 1 is deformed resulting from shrinkage, since the inner tank is supported by the outer tank 3 only through a supporting plate 6, deformation of the inner tank 1 is prevented from suffering restriction. This causes liquefied gas to be normally stored in a stable condition.
