    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely integrate a steel structural material with concrete around the steel structural material.
      SOLUTION: The steel structural material (a steel girder 11) is covered with the expanding material-added concrete 14, and the concrete expands, and is densely filled in the periphery of the steel structural material, and also presses a surface of the steel structural material.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To broaden an application range of a sleeper width; to simplify construction and enhance riding comfort in a train by reducing processing of a sleeper bearing girder to be used; and to reduce noise and vibration generated due to components by reducing the number of components.SOLUTION: A construction girder 1 is provided with a pair of main girders 4A, 4B disposed along the extension direction of a rail 2, and a sleeper bearing girder 5 disposed toward the direction in which the main girders 4A, 4B separate from each other in the material axis direction. The sleeper bearing girder 5 supports from the lower side a sleeper 3 receiving the rail 2. The main girder 4 is provided with a upper flange 41, a lower flange 42, and a web 43, and a web 53 in the sleeper bearing girder 5 of H-shaped steel material is disposed toward the vertical direction, and a lower flange 52 in the sleeper bearing girder 5 is brought into surface contact with the lower flanges 42 of the main girders 4A, 4B.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for an intermediate pier so as to enhance economic properties by forming the spliced part of a shape-steel construction girder into a structure such that the girders can be spliced together by a splicing plate.
      SOLUTION: In the structure of the spliced part, the construction girders each having both a main girder 10 formed of shape steel with a rack 13 attached thereto using high-strength bolts and a tie receiving girder 11 formed of shape steel secured to the rack at each end using high-strength bolts are connected together by the splicing plate 30. Bolt holes in the splicing plate attached to the web plate of the main girder are the same as bolt holes in the rack, so that the rack is laid on top of the splicing plate and the splicing plate and the rack are secured to each other using the common high-strength bolts.
