摘要： Provided are apparatus, systems, and methods for generating a non-plugging hydrate slurry. The apparatus, systems, and methods for generating a hydrate slurry are useful for transport and/or production of wellstream hydrocarbons in subsea and arctic environments. The present invention provides methods of seeded or unseeded methods of making dry hydrates. Dry hydrates are made with or without the aid of chemicals and, preferably, with minimum use of rotating or other energized equipment.

摘要： Provided are piggable static mixers, apparatus for generating a non-plugging hydrate slurry, systems incorporating the same, and methods of using the same. Piggable static mixers include an inlet orifice, an outlet orifice in fluid communication with the inlet orifice, and a mechanism fluidly coupled between the inlet and outlet orifices. The mechanism is configurable between a first state and a second state. Fluid flow between the inlet and outlet orifices is substantially unimpeded when the mechanism is in the first state. A static mixer element impinges upon the fluid flow when the mechanism is in the second state. The system further includes a production facility and a production line. The system and methods provided are useful for production of wellstream hydrocarbons from subsea and arctic environments.

摘要： Systems and methods for subsea dehydrating a natural gas stream are provided herein. The system includes a lean solvent feed system, including a line from a topsides facility, wherein the line is configured to divide a lean solvent stream to feed lean solvent to each of a number of co-current contacting systems in parallel. The co-current contacting systems are placed in series along a wet natural gas stream, wherein each of the co-current contacting systems is configured to contact the lean solvent stream with the wet natural gas stream to adsorb at least a portion of the water from the wet natural gas stream to form a dry natural gas stream. A rich solvent return system includes a line to combine rich solvent from each of the plurality of co-current contacting systems and return a rich solvent stream to the topsides facility.

摘要： The present invention discloses systems, apparatuses, and associated methods for producing, separating, storing, and offloading hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon producing well in a subsea environment, which may be a remote, arctic subsea environment. In particular, the systems include a large gravity-separation tank or tanks constructed at least partially from structural concrete to separate oil, water, gas, and/or particulates. The gravity- separation tank or tanks may be connected to one or more buoyancy cells in a large gravity- based structure (GBS), which may be built in a graving dock, towed to a remote location (e.g. arctic), ballasted to the seafloor and integrated into a subsea hydrocarbon production system. The system may further include an offloading system and a local power supply.

摘要： The disclosure relate generally to structures, forms, and monoliths, and methods of preparing the same. This disclosure can produce uniform structured passageways or channels of active material, including adsorbent or catalyst, by imprinting or molding features into a paste on a support that can be subsequently assembled into a gas or liquid treating structure, i.e. a monolith. The paste, which can include an active material, binder, and other potential additives, can be applied to the support or pushed through a support (as in a mesh) as a thin film. The paste can be imprinted, stamped, shaped or otherwise handled to give features of desired height, shape, width, and positioning. When stacked or rolled, the features of one layer contact a subsequent layer, which seal to form passageways. The resulting structure can have high cell-density (>1000 cells per square inch) and a large volume fraction of active material.

摘要： A system for supporting multiple-well-site, offshore, hydrocarbon-bearing fields, each well-site has one or more wells. In general, the system first comprises a floating vessel that is relocatable from a first subsea well-site to a second subsea well-site. The system also comprises two separate systems: (1) an operations control system for providing subsea well-site operations such as power and communications; and (2) an intervention system for conducting intervention services to an individual subsea well such as workover services and maintenance services. The operations system may provide control to wells and other subsea equipment at either the first well-site or the second well-site, regardless of the location of the floating vessel. The intervention system may provide workover and/or maintenance to subsea equipment or individual wells at the well-site at which it is located.

摘要： A system and method for separation of liquids and gases within a multiphase fluid are provided herein. The method includes flowing a multiphase fluid into a circular distribution header of a multiphase separation system and separating the multiphase fluid into gases and liquids within the circular distribution header. The method also includes flowing the gases into a circular gas header that is above a plane of the circular distribution header and flowing the liquids into a circular liquid header that is below the plane of the circular distribution header. The method further includes flowing the gases out of the multiphase separation system via a gas outlet line and flowing the liquids out of the multiphase separation system via a liquid outlet line, wherein entrained liquids within the gas outlet line are flowed to the liquid outlet line via a downcomer.

This swing adsorption process may involve passing streams through adsorbent bed units to remove contaminants, such as water, from the stream. As part of the process, the adsorbent bed unit may include additional space for the valves on the head of the adsorbent bed unit. A plurality of valves is secured to a housing. At least one of the plurality of valves has a valve cross sectional area disposed at least partially outside of an interface cross sectional area of the adsorbent bed.

The first coils are inside of the duct and are configured to receive a second fluid that is heated or cooled by the first fluid. The first impeller is inside of the duct that is configured to initiate flow of the first fluid around the first coils. The second impeller is inside of the duct and is substantially in line with the first impeller along a duct lateral axis of the duct.
