    • PURPOSE: A solid dopant is provided to enable doping of conductive polymer in a solvent while having high dispersibility using various plasma treatments and to stably manufacture a non-volatile conductive polymer. CONSTITUTION: A solid doping method of conductive polymer using plasma comprises: a step(S20) of synthesizing a dopant nanopowder for a solid dopant; a step(S100) of processing the dopant nanopowder using plasma; and a step(S60) of doping the conductive polymer by mixing the dopant nanopowder processed by the plasma with the conductive polymer dispersed in a solvent. The dopant nanopowder is selected from a group including titania, tungsten oxide, copper oxide, iron oxides, zinc oxidate, tin oxide, zirconium oxide, vanadium oxide, nickel oxide, cadmium oxide, selenium oxide, barium titanate, and the mixture or from a group including sulfate zinc, zinc iodide, barium iodide, sodium iodide, cesium iodine, lead iodide, zinc oxide, cesium bromide, barium bromide, ZnS, ZnCdS, Gd2O2S, Y2O2S, CaWO3, and ZnSiO4.
