    • A lace locker (100, 200) is disclosed having a housing (110, 210) that may include an attachment flange (112, 212), and a cam lever (120, 220) pivotably attached to the housing, such that the cam lever is movable between a locking position and a release position. The lace locker receives a lace (96) that extends between a toothed cam portion (123, 223) of the cam lever and a front wall (114, 214) of the housing, such that in the locking position the lace locker clampingly engages the lace. A lever portion (122, 222) of the lace locker includes an aperture adapted to accommodate the lace. A biasing member such as a spring (230) may optionally be included to bias the lace locker toward the locking position. A cooperative lever tab (241) and housing aperture (243) may be provided to temporarily latch the lace locker in the release position.

    • A system directs action based on distinguishing audio content received in response to placing an outbound call. The system comprises an audio signal analysis system and an audio content analysis system. The audio signal analysis system directs a portion of an audio signal that comprises audio content to the audio content analysis system. The audio content analysis system: i) receives portions of the audio signal comprising audio content; and ii) directs handling of the outbound call in response to detecting a characteristic of the audio content. The audio content system: i) directs a first handling of the outbound call in response to identifying a first characteristic of the audio content; and ii) directs a second handling of the outbound call in response to identifying a second characteristic of the audio content. The first handling of the outbound call may be directed in response to identifying a characteristic of the audio content associated with recorded content and the second handling of the outbound call is directed in response to identifying a characteristic of the audio content associated with real time spoken audio.

    • A method and technique of routing interconnects of an integrated circuit providing improved routing quality. In an embodiment of the invention, the technique provides linear spine interconnect routing. In memory array blocks, such as in DRAM and SRAM memory designs, connected pins are generally separated by large distances in a first direction and small distances in a second direction, or a spine or channel region. A route area is defined within the spine region. In one embodiment, obstacles in the route area are identified and corresponding forbidden areas are demarcated. The linear spine interconnect is routed in the first direction within the route area while avoiding the forbidden areas. Pins are connected to the spine interconnect by stitching interconnects. Stitching interconnects are generally routed in the second direction.
