摘要： A direct drive (21) for a cylinder (1) comprises a hollow shaft (2). The direct drive comprises a drive housing (7) in which at least one rotor device (9) and at least one stator device (11) are arranged. According to the invention, the stator device (11) is connected to the drive housing (7), auxiliary substances and/or operating substances such as oil, coolant or vapour are supplied to the cylinder (1) through the hollow shaft, the hollow shaft (2) is guided through the drive housing (7) preferably without bearings, and the rotor device (9) is directly connected to the hollow shaft (2). The inventive drive (21) is especially maintenance-free and compact and especially used for a rotating cylinder (1) in the paper industry, without gearboxes and clutches, and with direct supply or discharge of auxiliary substances and/or operating substances. The rotor device (9) at least partially surrounds the hollow shaft (2).

Information can be stored on the three-port component by distributing the total number of ions, which are present in the ion reservoir and the channel, between the ion reservoir and the channel. The distribution of ions in the channel and the ion reservoir changes when, and only when, a corresponding driving potential is applied to the gate electrode. Thus, in contrast to RRAMS, there is no time-voltage dilemma.

摘要： In a method for spatially selectively increasing the refractive index in a glass layer which has been produced by flame hydrolysis deposition of a hydrolytic glass initial product on a base and subsequent sintering of the glass initial product, no measures are taken to increase the photosensitivity. Instead, heat is supplied where the refractive index of the glass is to be increased. It has been shown that this results in a densification of the sintered glass accompanied by an increase in the refractive index. The chemical composition of the thus treated regions is the same as that of the untreated regions.
