    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient heating/cooling so that roughly whole surfaces of adsorbing elements 31A, 31B satisfy necessary temperature.
      SOLUTION: In an adsorbing material module 3, a Peltier element 30 is disposed near a windward side in the ventilating direction of the adsorbing elements 31A, 31B. Thus heating/cooling capacity is provided with gradient so that the windward side of the adsorbing elements 31A, 31B is strongly heated/cooled. That is, as a leeward side of the adsorbing elements 31A, 31B is heated/cooled by heat conduction from the windward side and conduction of heat of the air heated/cooled at the windward side, the efficient heating/cooling to make the roughly whole surfaces of the adsorbing elements 31A, 31B satisfy the necessary temperature, can be performed by disposing the heat source so that the windward side is strongly heated/cooled, rather than being disposed uniformly to the adsorbing elements 31A, 31B. Thus sufficient adsorbing/desorbing action can be exerted by the roughly whole surfaces of the adsorbing elements 31A, 31B without wastefully using electric power.
