      SOLUTION: The heat conductive sheet is the one wherein a heat conductive base material containing a heat conductive filler and an adhesive surface layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin emulsion are laminated and wherein the adhesive surface layer has pores communicating with the side through capillary tubes. The pores of the surface layer of the heat conductive sheet are impregnated with an aqueous solution containing a surfactant or a like solution to remove the sheet from the laminated display panel.
