    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture from which a cement hardened material such as low exothermic low shrinkage concrete or the like can be obtained while suppressing excess expansion as an expanding material, and to provide a cement composition. SOLUTION: The cement admixture as an expanding material contains quicklime, anhydrous gypsum and inorganic powder such as limestone fine powder, which are blended so that the weight ratio of the quicklime to the total weight of the resulting mixture is 25-50%, the weight ratio of the anhydrous gypsum to the weight 1 of the quicklime is 0.25-1, and the weight ratio of the inorganic powder to the weight 1 of the quicklime is 0.7-2. It is preferable that the weight ratio(%) of quicklime:anhydrous gypsum:inorganic powder is 25-45:10-50:25-45.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutralization-preventive high-early-strength cement composition which enables the efficient use of a previously developed highly reactive cement having a high C3S content and an extremely low C2S content, and is suitable as a cement for a concrete or a mortar which is used under a low-temperature environment such as a cold region or an environment in which neutralization is likely to progress.SOLUTION: The neutralization-preventive high-early-strength cement composition is characterized by comprising 60 to 97 wt.% of a highly reactive cement and 3 to 40 wt.% of an inorganic admixture, wherein the highly reactive cement is produced by adding 1.5 to 4.0 wt.% of gypsum in terms of SOcontent to a highly reactive cement clinker that has a mineral composition comprising more than 70% of CS and less than 5% of CS as calculated in accordance with a Bouge's equation, an L. S. D. value of more than 1 and a free lime content of 0.5 to 7.5 wt.%, and the inorganic admixture comprises at least one material selected from a blast furnace slag, an anhydrite, a limestone micropowder and a pozzolan substance.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace composition capable of efficiently using highly active cement, being friendly to an environment where cement content is relatively lower than 60%, having early period high strength developability even without using an admixture such as hardening promoter and special blast furnace even though cement content is relatively little, and being excellent in self-contraction suppressability.SOLUTION: The blast furnace composition is constituted by adding inorganic admixture comprising one or more kinds of anhydrous gypsum, lime stone fine powder, pozzolana material to the blast cement comprising high CS content and ultra low CS content and anhydrous gypsum, and is characterized in that the content of the highly active cement ia 10 to 60 wt.%, the content of the blast furnace slag is 10 to 89 wt.%, and the content of the inorganic admixture is 1 to 30 wt.%.
