    • A light conductor and restore spring assembly is made of molded light translucent material which exhibits a significant degree of deflectability and the further ability to rebound or restore to its original shape when released. The framework of the spring forms a light conductor. If the light path needs to be deviated from a straight path the framework of the spring may have reflective surfaces formed into the body of the assembly to reflect the light rays from the input end to the diffusing end of the light path. The external surfaces of the spring/light conductor assembly constrain the light loss by reflecting the light back into the assembly and redirecting it along its path and toward the reflective surfaces or the diffusing end of the light pipe.

    • An embodiment of a method is disclosed wherein a natural language communication is received from a user. A concept recognition process is applied to automatically derive a representation of concepts embodied in the natural language communication. A collection of information likely to be useful in responding to the natural language communication is selected based on correspondence to the representation of concepts. The collection of information is provided to a human agent through an interface. Through the interface, an identification of a particular item of information from the collection is received. The particular item is illustratively a sub-set of the collection of information, the sub-set being a particular proposed response to the natural language communication. The particular proposed response is delivered to the user.

    • An electronic display which can be serviced without having to remove the display from its mounted position. A front housing and a rear housing are hingedly attached so that the front housing can rotate and allow access to the interior of the display. An axial force mechanism can be used to aid in rotating the front housing to an open position. A locking collar, support member, or axial locking member may be used to ensure that the front housing remains open. A removable front glass assembly or removable glass panel may be used with an exemplary embodiment. The front glass assembly or glass panel can be easily replaced if it becomes damaged by minimally-trained personnel. Gutters may be used between the front and rear housing as well as the front housing and front glass assembly to ensure an adequate seal against contaminates.
