摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber sensor capable of specifying an optical fiber position where strain and temperature change occurs with high spatial resolution.SOLUTION: There is provided an optical fiber sensor S including a plurality of sensing parts 1 for measuring the strain and temperature change which are each made of a fiber bragg grating, and an optical marking part 3 which is provided between the plurality of sensing parts 1 and specifies an optical fiber position where the strain or temperature change is sensed. The optical marking part 3 has no fiber bragg grating arranged, and has a length of 0.6 mm or more and 2 mm or less. An optical fiber sensor device K includes a control device which specifies the optical fiber position of the optical marking part 3 by measuring the optical fiber sensor S, determines the optical marking part 3 as a reference optical fiber position, and specifies the optical fiber position where the strain and temperature change is sensed from the optical path length difference from the reference optical fiber position.

SOLUTION: The optical fiber sensor is used for the Optical Frequency Domain Reflectometry (OFDR), which uses an FBG formed in a core of optical fiber as a sensor to identify a position of the sensor based on a periodic change of an interference strength of a Bragg reflected light from the sensor and a reflected light from a reflection end for reference, and measure a strain and temperature change of a detecting section based on a variation of a wavelength of the Bragg reflected light from the sensor. The optical fiber sensor includes a plurality of sensing sections 1 for measuring the strain and temperature change resulting from the FBG and an optical marking section 3 disposed between the plurality of sensing sections for identifying the optical fiber position wherein the strain and temperature change have been sensed. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade a real-time property and a speed of response of a measurement by improving a data analyzing method in a multipoint strain measuring system using an OFDR (optical frequency domain reflectometry) method in which a plurality of FBGs are arranged in an optical fiber.
SOLUTION: In the multipoint strain measuring system, the plurality of fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) which make up a periodic structure of refractive index inside the core of the optical fiber, are arranged in one optical fiber, and the measuring method (OFDR) which uses periodic changes in interferential intensity of light, is conducted. The system also has such a function that signals from the FBG on a specific position are quickly separated by using a band-pass filter with a preset bandpass range which filters out detected light signals.
