    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which can be easily installed and removed, which can be suitably used as a temporary communication system of a high-rise building during construction work, and which is excellent in economic efficiency. SOLUTION: A hollow wave guide 1 capable of being vertically elongated in accordance with the progress of the construction work is provided inside the high-rise building; and an antenna of a base station 5 is arranged inside the hollow wave guide 1. Additionally, on the stories of the high-rise building, openings 9 are formed in the hollow wave guides 1, respectively; and tubular emission guides 10 protruding to an indoor side from peripheral edges of the openings 9 are provided, respectively.
