摘要： PURPOSE:To search and locate a damaged filter quickly by searching the dam age filter by opening and closing the first closing valve after searching an interconnecting tube to which the damaged filter belongs by opening and closing a second closing valve. CONSTITUTION:A gas delivery tube 2 with a filter 3 installed at the lower end is provided at the upper wall of vessel body 1. The said gas delivery tube 2 has plural pieces of interconnecting tubes 4 to interconnect each other through a first closing valve 5. Also each of the said interconnecting tube 4 has a gas delivery header 7 connected with through a second closing valve 8. Accordingly, in case an arbitrary filter 3 is damaged, the interconnecting tube 4 to which the damaged filter belongs is searched by opening and closing of the second closing valve 8 and, then, the specified damaged filter can be located by opening and closing of the second closing valve 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency and reduce the cost for material by inserting a threaded stud through a hole bored in a provisionally fixed board to the backing at a certain spacing between, welding the stud, driving a screw member, and thereby fixing the board to the backing. CONSTITUTION:Dough-shaped adhesives 2 are put in a plurality of places on the side face 1 of a steel pipe pillar, and a plaster board 3 is pressed and attached by pressure so that the distance from the side face 1 becomes uniform. In some places free from the adhesives 2 holes 4 are bored by a drill 80, and a female threaded stud 5 is inserted in each hole 4, and stud welding is made with a welding gun 82 to achieve jointing with the side face 1. Then a male threaded countersunk head screw 6 is engaged with the stud 5 and driven by a driver 83, and thus the board 3 is secured to the side face 1. Thereby the board 3 is free from risk of slipping off in the event of fire, and no backing metal fitting or furring strip is required. Further, this can be installed in a short time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To continuously discharge a powder from a rotary dryer, by constituting the title apparatus of specific first and second discharge tanks, an intermediate tank, a discharge screw conveyor, a feed-out conveyor, first - fourth discharge lines and first and second gas lead-out lines. CONSTITUTION:A baked material is discharged into a first discharge tank 51 by a discharge screw conveyor 71. An opening and closing valve 86A is opened and a part of the gas in the first discharge tank 51A is exhausted to an intermediate tank 60 to be stored therein to perform primary pressure lowering. Subsequently, secondary pressure lowering is performed through a filter 55A and, further, an opening and closing valve 94A is opened to perform tertiary pressure lowering. During secondary and tertiary pressure lowering processes, the hot air is exhausted from a gas lead-out port 64 to be stored in the intermediate tank 60 and used as pressure raising air. A first take-out screw blade 59A is rotated to discharge the baked material to a feed-out conveyor 76 and, thereafter, the pressure in the first discharge tank 51A is raised again. At the time of the rising in pressure, the baked material is discharged to the feed-out conveyor 76 from a second discharge tank 51B lowered in pressure by similar procedure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To backwash arbitrary filters during exhaust gas treatment by connecting heads for backwash steam supply with a number of gas delivery tubes with filters through closing valves. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas introduced into a vessel body 11 of a dust collector 1 turns into clean gas by removing dust by means of a first filter 15. The said clean gas is guided into a specified spot through a gas delivery 14, an interconnecting tube 21, a gas header 26 and a gas delivery line 32. Simultaneously with exhaust of clean gas, overheated steam is supplied to the first filter 15 through the interconnecting tube 21 for backwashing. Supply of overheated steam is carried out one by one by operating a closing valve to backwash all the first filters 15 while the exhaust gas treatment process is underway.
